Care and attention in presentation and delivery, adding a handwritten thank you card shows they're practising what they preach.

I was gutted when Papersmiths closed their store in Bristol, as it was the best excuse ever for retail therapy with my best mate, and then lunch at the nearby tapas place. But yay for excellent online ordering, even if it's never the same as drooling over notebooks and pens in person! There's a really wide range of stationery available on the website, and items arrive nicely wrapped and well-packaged. And when I've needed customer service, they've been excellent to deal with.

This was my first purchase from Papersmiths and it won't be my last. I was so impressed with the customer service I received. I had some questions before I placed my order which were promptly and professionally answered. My items were shipped very fast and came beautifully packaged. I'm very happy with all my items but in particular the diary is exactly what I have been looking for and has been so hard to find. Page per week, vertical alignment with time slots. Fast reliable (international) shipping means I can enjoy Papersmith in LA! The products are the best / great notebooks and pens, the elastic bands help keep the pens with the notebooks so no mad searches for a pen when you need it.

Genuine products - notification when a product came in stock worked Diary came beautifully wrapped. Item was delivered by Royal Mail which has its challenges but it arrived safely and in good conditions

The books that I bought are great. But they are absolutely nothing compared to the incredible customer service I received from Papersmiths.
I bought the items I did online, as a gift for someone. I am in New Zealand so it’s impossible for me to go instore unfortunately.

When I ordered the books, I got the zip code slightly wrong so the item wasn’t delivered. I emailed Papersmiths, telling them if my mistake. I dealt with two different people and they were absolutely brilliant. They went out of their way to help me and made sure the package I bought did in fact get delivered.
