Not as advertised
Be aware if you try this service, 1) it is not free, they will ask for your payment source and charge you and 2) It doesn't really track your package. Just stick with the tracking offered by the delivery service you are using, UPS in my case, and call it a day.

Scam website
When you input a tracking number, it takes you to a loading page where it starts saying things like "Finding your carrier", "locating your parcel", "getting latest information"... all the steps that look like they are actually doing something and bring your hopes up.
Then "Parcel not found". Wow, it takes 1 minutes and so many steps to find out. Thanks to it!
PS. Sarcasm apart, those "loading status" are just fake and I have no idea why they did it.

Parcel Monitor tracking a complete failure
For days now Parcel Monitor has been unable to mate my tracking numbers with any carrier. It doesn't matter whether its Ali Express, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. All come up orange even after repeated attempts and manually providing the carrier. Has become completely useless.

I finally had a chance to play. I always enter your site at /track-it-online. If I feed numbers there, they come up orange. If I feed them individually on your main page, they appear as they should on the /track-it-online page. It's too soon to know if they properly update. This is just a workaround and a bit of a PITA. I hope you find the problem.
Nope, still failing. It took 4 arbitrary numbers then the rest went orange.

Total scam
Total scam, item due from China, paid through Paypal so all my address details are there (no issues with anything else I've ever bought). Tracked the parcel all the way to the UK, only to find it was delivered to a different city!!!
Edit to reply, you really need to learn customer service and not put the same generic reply to all customers. I have contacted them and they directed me to yourselves, and yet another suprise more generic responses pop up after every question

Ordered 2 items from China. Supposedly monitored parcels with regular updates saying where it Supposedly was the it said arrived at Royal mail in Bellshill and they had tried to deliver them. When I contacted royal mail they hadn't a clue about any parcels.
Definitely a scam will be reporting to the fraud squad.

1 so far. The tracking seemed great but today it states my parcel is delivered but it was not! I tried the tracking number on other sites but it is not found so I don’t even know who the carrier is. And the parcel monitor website has no way to contact them for more info. Is this a scam??? My tracking number is 303775092379.
