I have not received my order yet and…

I have not received my order yet and it’s been a month. It was originally coming from China and I went and tracked and it said it was here in my home
Town at the sorting facility then next day said delivered. However it was not and I have not idea whom To contact?

Great service.

Great service, by now I use it for any shipment, avoiding the loss of time on the official sites as each shipment is saved and you just need to refresh the page to get the information about the packages in real time.

It may happen that it can't find the courier automatically (especially with those less known), in this case just search manually: it's all very easy and fast.

In conclusion I'm very satisfied, especially because it's free :)

Package shows delivered yesterday…

Package shows delivered yesterday however it was not! Spending my day now trying to find where my package REALLY is expecially after it now has all bit ruined my anniversary

Geography a bit out,

I tried parcel monitor spas I was awaiting two parcels from China and wasn’t use who the courier was,. I input the details and it immediately picked up details of one parcel at a Royal Mail centre and I was most impressed. That was in the evening. When I came down next morning it was showing that the Peterborough sorting office(I live in Cambridgeshire) so I was delighted but within ten minutes it had updated to say the psrcel was due to be delivered to an address in Brazil. I didn’t know what to think. Fortunately an. Hour later Royal Mail came and delivered the parcel. I notice however that parcel monitor still shows it as being delivered to. Brazil. Very strange

They're ok. The fact that you can't send a parcel to any address that has a 'special' character in the wording is a joke and that their character limit for address names is tiny is a major flaw that's easily fixed but their customer service don't care so...

Sending a parcel within UK has apparently reached the States !

Sending a UK parcel from Bolton to Ilkeston, near Derby. For some reason when I enter the Parcelforce reference number, my parcel has apparently reached the delivery centre in ….. "Scott Depot, Putnam, West Virginia, United States Of America". Completely wrong and completely different to Parcelforce's own tracking, the Parcel Tracker app, the Parcel2Go app and the Parcels app., all of which show the correct details.

Used to be a good

It was used to be a good site that tracked parcels of all origins. Now, it only tracks those with free stat sharing. They nerfed their service. Still I'm gonna give it 4 stars for what they did for me.

At first I thought it was great as I…

At first I thought it was great as I send parcels internationally and it's good to get detailed information on one site and it also stores the tracking numbers.
However, it is not that accurate - the visual "tick" system was showing parcels as delivered/ i thought great! No need to think about that parcel now. But I soon realised that this wasn't always the case - it was delivered to the next postal depot in the receiving country not the customer's address.
You need to look at your visual display - its not working properly. I have given 3 stars as I think it can be improved.
I will not be signing up to anything looking at a recent review of selling off private information - illegal in EU

A very good site you get real information about your item very well detailed and true. And they keep you informed at various stages if you sign up for updates. I found more about my parcels than the royal mail site.

Incomplete information

I tried it today for the first time, to compare their information and the information provided by the post. Parcelmonitor only gave the event at 8:30am (a vague "in transit"), while there were 2 more events at 1 and 2pm. And the post information is more precised/coded.
So, difficult to trust them, sorry.

Useful to locate parcels where courier tracking isnt updated

I use this quite often. All you do is fill in a tracking number from any courier you have used and it will locate its latest movements. This was useful when I was trying to track an ipost international parcel which showed it hadnt even moved from the UK whereas this showed me it 'had' arrived abroad. Its also great because if for example you have sent a parcel and the couriers website just states 'delivered', Parcelmonitor will state if it was signed for or where its left, so a much more detailed tracking system, I have never known it to be wrong yet.
