Purolator. Did not even attempt to deliver package. Waited at home all day, now I have to go pick it up because driver left at pick up point. Did not ring door bell, did not leave delivery notice.

The parts were easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. The cost of shipping is significant which was a deterrent. If I could find the parts locally, I would, which is only do to the shipping cost. It doubled the cost of the product.

External part cross-referencing was required
I had to cross-reference the original OEM part number to new OEM part number using AI before I was able to locate it. Delivery was as promised and was easy to track.
