Ordered heads for my 200 hp yamaha
Ordered heads for my 200 hp yamaha, said it would take a week to get them. I called 8 day's later to check on them. Told me they weren't available. They didn't bother to call and let me know. I would still be waiting if I didn't call and check. Very poor customer service.

My box was not packed carefully
My box was not packed carefully. The gear oil leaked through the box and it left my snow melt mats on my front porch soaked with oil. I contacted the company and even sent pictures, but they have not taken any steps to make it right.
I received an email from PartsVu after I left this review. They offered a refund or replacement but asked me to confirm exactly what leaked. I did this and will update this review if they replace the gear oil.
The company quickly made this right. Although they blamed the USPS for the leaking gear oil, they did refund the purchase price and sent a new quart of lower unit oil to me at no charge. I appreciate how quickly this was resolved once it was escalated. I would do business with them again.
