the ring I purchased was absolutely beautiful, unfortunately due to my own fault it was way too small but the customer support team helped me out wonderfully and are able to exchange it. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I’ve sent three emails asking for tracking for my package or an update and there’s no reply . I’d like to know where my package is and if it’s been shipped. Ordered November 25.

I love the watch, its really a unique design and people are intrigued by it, got a lot of compliments as well.
The dial sits a little small even on a moderately sized wrist like mine, so looks a bit girly but if you are someone with a smaller wrist, you can pull this off with ease.

Update to my review, brought them down to a 1. My ring finally arrived and my husband wore it for THREE DAYS and it started to wear down and tarnish immediately even though it’s never even touched water. I’m actually shocked that this company can get away with this, I’ve had handmade jewelry from Etsy that has lasted years and cost a fraction of what I paid. What a disappointment.

Something about this brand seems off?? The pieces are beautiful but I paid for express shipping and it came four weeks later. The site mentions everything is hand crafted but it also states that items ship sometimes the following day. I had to do an exchange and that’s when I became even more confused. My first order came from LA, my return is going to Jersey and now my replacement is coming from china???? They say they’re an LA brand which leads me to believe it’s US made brand. I guess I’ll see what I get, but I can’t deny that I’m extremely wary.

Great quality watch and communication

This was purchased as an anniversary gift and my partner loved it, there was a sizing issue but pascal customer service helped us take care of this very quickly with no issues at all. Overall loved the quality and the help we got to ensure we had the right size needed!

Update post: my order was delivered—very beautifully crafted pieces as advertised. Even my custom engraving was beautiful. Customer service was prompt and respectful. Given pieces are made to order, my only suggestion would be for the company to extend their expected delivery times (even if the order is delivered sooner) to prevent upset customers and negative reviews. Overall, I'm happy with my order.

Original post: Terrible experience. I ordered a gold watch with custom engraving, gold hoop earrings, and a gold diamond cross necklace on 10/17. Shipping was promised by 11/8. I contacted customer service, and they offered a gift as compensation for the inconvenience. They said the watch was “out of stock,” but I thought they made the items to order..? A week has passed, and they still have not shipped my purchased items. I’m convinced this is a scam or they overpromise a time frame they can’t deliver on.
Either way, bad business practice.

I requested a refund. Save yourself the headache. Shop elsewhere.
