Lovely fabrics and quick service

Communication is very poor. You were unable to send me all that I ordered and your receipt of my replies to your emails was very poor. I have, since contacted you 3 times asking about the refund you now owe me in the sum of £18.75 and still haven’t received any reply or confirmation that you’re dealing with it!!
I would have thought the refund would have been dealt with automatically but this clearly isn’t the case and am now wondering if I’ll ever get my money back!!

My Rose and Hubble fabric arrived beautifully cut, no wonky ends! Also arrived quickly. My fabric was good value as I have see it locally at £9.50 pm and Pastel charged less pm.
I will order again, very happy with supplier.

After a little setback, some of the fabric i ordered was out of stock, i chose an alternative fabric which im really pleased with and is really good quality👍great price too!

I had not seen this company before, but came across them when looking for fabric. They seem to have a good range. My order took a day longer than expected to be delivered, but the delay was a Royal Mail issue, not the order processing, as I was informed when it was despatched. The fabric was good quality and the colours just as shown on the website. I would use this company again.

Great communication and a very prompt delivery. Seven days from order to delivery in New Zealand. The fabric is just as hoped it would be and the texture is better than I had thought. Very many thanks.

I ordered some Fabrics from Pastel Rose a couple of weeks ago. They arrived pretty quickly which I was very pleased with. Two of the fabrics were just what I ordered, however, one of the fabrics was not what I ordered. I emailed back via email to ask if they could replace it for the correct fabric, but I didn't receive a reply, so tried again via the website and unfortunately still no reply. I'm a little disappointed, so I don't think I'll order from them again.
