First outdoor storage bench came with pieces broken. Notified the company , sent pictures and they responded very quickly and sent a replacement storage bench. Will for sure order from again!!

I needed a couple of replacement parts for my patiowell shed. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me very quickly and shipped out the parts needed. I received the parts within a couple of days.

Main issue is the instructions. The parts list did not match some of the part instructions, for example, parts list had PE4,5,6,7, &8. However box had PE3,5,6,7,8. There were more PE7's than the parts list identified. Then during the initial construction all of a sudden the parts no longer had alpha characters, only numbers. Putting this shed together was literally putting a puzzle together. I do not recommend your product for a novice do it yourselfer.

Part of the product is the hardware which comes with it, and the instructions furnished on paper and online. Cheapest screws known to mankind, might as well not include them. Instructions on paper are horrendous. Instructions on the Patiowell youtube channel are equally unhelpful.
Delivery caused a few holes in one wall which need to be patched to avoid water getting in during rain, this is fragile resin.
Hire some technical writers for an improved instruction manual. Provide better hardware than tin foil screws.

They were able to find me parts for a shed that was no longer in stock (it was bought from different store), took their time to send, organise and facilitate replacements when I received the wrong items, and they stayed in contact until everything was complete. looking forward to purchasing more items in the future and start building my shed this weekend.

First time buyers at Patiowell. Their customer service is top notch. We ordered a shed and a separate shelf accessory. Before they shipped the order, an email arrived telling us the shleves were not compatible with the unit we bought and asked if we wanted to change it.
Shipping/delivery was super quick.

Upon opening, we discovered one panel was damaged. Patiowell Customer service had another one to us in days and communicated through the entire process.

The shed is sturdy and just the size we wanted.

Well constructed and well manufactured. Holes all l Iined up. Follow instructions and read twice b4 you begin an instruction. Doors are very tricky - we are still working on them to close properly. We are about an 1/8th inch out. Color to myself is not gray but more French cream or antique white. Packaging is amazing. Unbox everything first and sort by label then proceed. 2 people working steady 10 1/2 hours plus time to build base. Excellent product no hesitation about recommend this!

I needed extra storage especially after the holiday season, but I needed something that would be convenient to keep outside of the house. I couldn't invest in a huge shed but just needed a few items to put away conveniently close and had to be easy enough for me to build by myself. It's big enough for the storage of the items I need for outdoors such as patio chairs and other decorations for the holidays and also serves as a handy seat itself. Really easy to build, done within 10-15 minutes and very secure

I loved the way the way the parts were numbered. All the small parts nuts and bolts were there. The instruction book and video were excellent. I only needed help with installing the rafters.

Spent weeks researching storage shed options and ended up purchasing the Patiowell 8x10 resin storage shed. The shed is very impressively engineered and though a bit of a challenge to assemble was not difficult. It looks great in our side yard/service area and will provide much needed secure storage. Questions regarding anchoring against wind and a discrepancy in printed directions vs. an instructional video also were quickly resolved. I will be building custom shelves to take full advantage of the space. I especially appreciate the end vents and two windows providing light. One change I made was to add fiberglass screen to the vents to keep wasps and other insects/bugs/critters from setting up house. The overall shed seems very sturdy and has already withstood wind gusts up to 35mph. I did anchor the four corners with tapcon concrete anchors reinforced with 1 1/4 inch fender washers. The one disappointment is the fit of the doors. They just don't want to close smoothly and seem slightly too large for the opening. Sanding, reinstalling and various other attempts to fix have not been successful so I end up having to give the door a good pull to get it open and then a kick to close.

I bought the 10/12 metal shed. Decent shed for the price. I put it together by myself. It took ten hours. I didn't have any problems no hiccups, the instructions don't have words it's just pictures so you need to look at them carefully to make sure all your pieces are facing the way they are in the pictures. I saw in some of the reviews about holes not lining up and if you don't keep it square the whole time with everything you're doing I can see that being a problem but I didn't have that problem I just made sure I kept it square, overall I would definitely recommend this s***

Great looking shed. Easy to install, strong, sturdy and durable

The shed was delivered quickly. To be honest I don't love the design but I can make it work. One of the side panels was missing so I had to contact customer service. Let me just say that I have not had customer service this good in a VERY long time. I sent the email on a Sunday evening titled "Good morning" - assuming they would follow up the next day. Nope, they responded in 30 min. After several emails back and forth they sent me the additional panel immediately. They stayed in communication with me the entire time. I highly recommend buying from this company!

Outstanding and prompt customer service in delaying my shipment as I’m out of town so I can lock in the holiday sale price. I’ll update this review if I have any comments about the shed when it arrives.

This shed is exactly what I wanted! Easy to install by me and my brother. Very solid and sturdy. I would recoomend patiowell shed to anyone who needs a garden storage solution. 5 ⭐ for this team.

I started putting it together and thought i had originally made sure it had all parts but ended up missing one so I couldn't continue.....sent an email and they sent the part I needed but was disappointed it came from china so took about a week to get here....the 8 or 9 hours it takes with 2 people to set it up doesn't include the time it took to peel back the plastic from the black metal pieces.....should make people aware if they buy a shed with black in it they will be doing that.....and the plastic doesn't come off In one swoop either... other than that i hope to have a good standing shed to withstand our winters in michigan

Took me a while. Had to pull a permit and pour a slab. I also had to add flood vents. I’m very happy with it. It would be nice if the instructions had some written instructions for pointers, tips, and tricks. I got it right, the roof is dry, no leaks.
