Poor customer service told them they sent the wrong shed and I want to return it for the right one said contact Amazon for the return labels. It's your responsibility to provide return shipping labels. I will be filing claim with Amazon to get my money back.BEWARE OF BUYING FROM HERE

I recently purchased one of their 8x10 sheds and it was damaged during the delivery process. I emailed the company and they responded quickly, even with it being over a holiday weekend. They replaced the entire damaged box without having to jump through hoops and kept up the communication till the new box was delivered. Their customer service was phenomenal and the shed is everything I hoped for and more! I could not be happier with this purchase and the service I received from this company. They have gained a customer for life.

very happy with this purchase high quality decent price point and incredibly functional. Wound up using it for all my outdoor cooking storage and the 4 shelf placement options made it very versatile. easy to assemble and solid construction. already has gone through a very heavy southern downpour with everything inside staying bone dry

Great shed and great customer service!
I bought this shed to clear out some space in my garage, but i finally got around to building it about a year later. The weekend after I got it put together, we were hit with a massive hail storm with baseball size hail. The roof sustained some damage so I was looking to repurchase just the roof panels. The shed was still functional but for aesthetic reasons, I wanted to see what my options were. Customer service responded fairly quickly and after confirming which pieces I needed, they offered to send them for free. I received the new panels and it was a quick and easy swap. I definitely recommend this company!

The directions were poorly written. The shed, when finally completed, is very nice.

Reached out to patiowell because I received 2 boxes reviews said it would be 4 boxes patiowell responded that it was only 2 boxes with new packaging they assured me the order was complete it was.
After completing assembly of the building saw that it was good quality very sturdy and exceeded my expectations.

Beware of this company!!! I ordered and paid for a shed from them with a floor base and only received the shed. I have called them 6 times and they just
pick up phone and hang up. They send email responses at 3 and 4 a.m in the morning requesting me to send pictures of items that haven't even been received. The last email requested me to send a picture of all items in 1/2 boxes. There must be 1000 parts in that box. They also need info to identify the factory that shipped my order. They should know this because the order was Fed EX'd from the factory. They should also be able to tell by the weight of my boxes that everything was not enclosed. I have asked them to send me a return label so I can return the shed, but they haven't even acknowledged my request. At this point I'm not even sure that this is a legitimate company but they do have $600.00 from me and I do not have what I ordered. BUYER BEWARE!

Some of the reviews here are kinda silly. It’s metal, it’s shipped, it will most likely have some dings on arrival. Will every hole line up? Most likely not. Is it water proof? No but it is resistant. Overall great shed. All my holes would’ve lined up better had I assembled it on a level surface and followed the directions better. The directions were amazing even has a QR code for videos. I went out and bought a $6 tube of silicone caulk and helped seal the roof screws better and got a $5 can of 1inch foam as well for assistance. Personally I did that just for me, I had no leaks however I like added protection. Again overall great shed, I put it together myself over a course of 2 days. I would honestly buy another one if and when I do. As far as some of the comments about the clear plastic that is on the metal, it’s hardly if anything not visible and I just left it on there, again added protection. I live in Florida. Some people can’t be pleased which is how I interpreted majority of the negative comments.

I am regretful for my purchase and warn you that this is a difficult company to deal with. I received 4 damaged panels and emailed them photos. The customer service is very impersonal. They said they would send me $50.00, that I haven't received. The steel is very thin and bends easily. The assembly is lengthy not the 2-3 hours for 2 men that they say. Beware....this seems to be totally AI driven. I ordered a floor and it was a waste of money. I live where there is not much rain.....it is going to leak through the poorly designed ridge.

I received the product undamaged and with all parts in a speedy timeframe. When my shed was accidently damaged while trimming a tree, the customer service was very helpful in resolving the issue.

I needed a replacement part , and the customer service was friendly and respectful and generous, better than some family members I have.

Great product even better price point. Super easy to assemble.

Love this shed. Got the 8x6 Kickit shed. Looks great, easy to assemble, stays dry in rain. I would definitely recommend. Customer service is also very responsive.

I ordered this product twice. First time product arrived with missing instructions, missing parts damaged parts and miss alignment on doors holes and hardware locks. Company gave me the runaround via email for over a week. I had already ordered a second unit. They finally compensated the first unit when I put second unit together only to find not just similar issues but defective hardware that lead to my injury and misaligned roof holes where a tarp had to be placed over the unit because rain wad due and unit could not be completed. I am beyond frustrated.

Purchased the 4’x8’ plastic kick-it shed and was very satisfied with product. Patiowell is one of the few retailers that offer these specific narrow and deep sheds. Fast delivery, easy assembly and clear instructions. The shed looks very nice and feels durable and well ventilated. Still need to see how it handles the rain. Customer care is responsive and very helpful.

Purchased a 8x10 shed with floor kit from
Patiowell directly for $899. Did not receive the floor kit... shed without floor kit is $649. Spent 178.00 on lumber to build a floor kit as I needed to get the shed up. I asked for a refund for the difference... asked me for pictures of the labels on the boxes, as though I was lying... I wouldn't have an issue but I don't have all of the boxes to send labels on since we did half of the shed last weekend (Trash day is Monday) and I kept the remaining pieces in the leftover box. I could send them pictures of the shed built on lumber instead of floor kit... I certainly wouldn't have spent more money, time and effort to build it with lumber if there was a floor kit present!

What made my experience great with Patiowell is that I found the price of the storage shed affordable. In addition, the shed was delivered in a timely manner.
