Beware interest charged.
All routine. Everything fine. App easy to use. A bit disappointed with the ridiculous rate charged in interest when you pay monthly, and the amount of commission Paton’s are receiving for acting as a broker. I feel it’s excessive. Also failed repeatedly to quote an APR at point of sale as per FCA guidelines, even although asked repeatedly. Pretty sure the deposit is charged interest at the ridiculous rate also when it should actually be deducted from the balance borrowed when doing the calculations. Up front payments mean a reduced amount of credit. However, must say that I have since heard from a colleague who was in a no blame crash that Paton’s were excellent throughout in almost every aspect. Sort out the interest thing and they’d get five stars.

Great customer service
Great customer service, highly satisfied with the purchase of my insurance. Dealt with very professionally and felt confident all the requirements of the service I needed was met. The Patons portal via an app is very helpful and an efficient way of submitting and receiving all the relevant paperwork which saved all of the usual hassle and most of all alot of time. Well impressed, highly recommend!
