Wish it was easier
It's really confusing on how to order and set up your account. I had to have a friend of mine do it for me, since she had done it before. I would have looked for another company if it hadn't been for my friend. Other then that it's easy to log back in and see the results. I had a disease panel done.

Results Delayed Significantly
Turnaround time was much longer than expected. My results got delayed three times, and I didn't get my final results until past even that third deadline. Customer service was kind when I spoke to them, but it was very frustrating.

The test kit was shipped right away. The instructions were clear and the kit was easy to use.
The test results were delivered when I expected and were very clear.

FAST AND EFFICIENT
I received the tests extremely fast. After I sent them back, I immediately received an email stating they samples were received and the tests would be complete within 14 days. Well, day 13 and I now have my results! Super happy with how fast efficient Paw Print Genetics is!

I got the kits promptly...
I got the kits promptly.... I returned the kits the same day that I got them...
Then everything went to s***.... There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to go over 30 days to get results.....
When Lisa owned the paw prints genetics company we could go 3 weeks from the start to the results.
It seems that turn around service after the merger has gone to hell.
You wanted honest results.I'm not happy. I have had to make excuses to my customers that were waiting to get a puppy...... That is reasonable way to do business for you but it's not reasonable for me.
