Proper shipping instructions
Well, first for some reason you didn't receive what I collected at 8 weeks, prior to the puppies leaving then, when, the puppy went home (after a few weeks there was no result available I could share with the owner) so she phoned me and I asked you to send a new kit directly to their address, (which I gave you yet it came to me). I forwarded it via US mail...to her and she after a couple weeks hasn't let me know that she is satisfied.... Please advise.

Slow turnaround time. They do state that it is a long turnaround time but if that is known I would think efforts would be made to increase the time to results.

It was a very easy process from start to finish.
I wish the detail on how to navigate the site were explained in the email confirming your results were in. It was a bit confusing to navigate website and then when I did find the results, it did not explain what the letters indicated as to what the puppies results were. I figured it out but again was not easy as their was no ledger for abbreviations readily accessible. Overall good experience and I will use them again especially since results were fast and now I know how to navigate the site.
