Really easy to order a tag as you just pay for postage. When it gets here. All the information on how to set it up is provided through a QR code and you follow the steps. Then it gives you the option for a monthly subscription or the yearly subscription which is discounted for at least the first year to 50% off. It was quick and simple and I can change address when I need to as well.

Do not recommend. The product was flimsy and kept snapping off, doesnt actually show the location when we tested it. When I cancelled subscription I thought that was the end of it. Nope, still took money from my account and when I have been trying to contact them the whole of the customer service team have vanished . Months chasing and nothing.

Easy to order , very quick to send and I feel a lot happier now I will be able to find my Twiglet if she got lost thank you

always spam my emails with marketing emails and I’ve asked to unsubscribe many times, I’m bloody allergic to dogs for one so doubt you’ll make any money from me 😂😂

I’ve given them ages to stop spamming me and now I have no choice but to leave a review regarding it as I’m sure there is laws in place when someone doesn’t want to be spammed, they sent me an order confirmation initially which as per above I never made so god knows how they got my email!

I love Pawtag...it's lightweight & fits easily onto my cats collar & it's easy to track her at all times & no heavy money installments every month. I would highly recommend

The item works fantastically and I can see on a map where my pet is. My daughter took my dog to the park and scanned the tag then followed the instructions, I got a notification instantly as to where my pet was. I now have one each for my dogs.

The order arrived on time. The tags were easy to set up using the QR code. Service overall was very good 👌

Customer service is shocking

I have had 2 tags and both rusted and were of no use Very unhappy as when I contacted them I did not get a reply and they have taken £19.99 out of my account without contacting me

I have send a number of emails and had a reply of no problem a member of our team will be with you shortly, no response after that. Emails started back in September, I still have these emails.Happy to take a years payment from my bank account but not willing to help. Very poor customer service. My comments on paw tag posts are being removed. I always wondered why there was so many angry faces on the posts but I now understand why. Very disappointed.

Amazing quick and easy to set up. Love it so much information is held about my pet more than a conventional tag.
