They are absolutely brilliant especially if your dog is found out side scan the code and it lets that person call you directly so you get it back the same day hopefully

I have tried 4 times to cancel and they still take money off me every month. The tags are flimsy and snap straight away. Avoid at all costs

So.rude . Got them last year and one broke 2 months in decided to cancel instead of reorder . Sent countless emails some responses some just ignore but nothing is done. No refund for the months ive been trying to cancel. I have been disputing payments for like a year. Because ive tried so much to cancel I just cant and dispute through the bank now as they dont respond.

My dog lost her tag after a month as it snapped off her collar. I emailed multiple times requesting to cancel. I was then told I would need to fill out a cancellation form, which I did. After that I was informed that I could not cancel my subscription without returning the tag. I emailed several times explaining my dog lost her tag. All responses were from AI. I requested to speak with a human three times to which the AI response said that someone would be in touch. This never happened.

I was then continued to be charged the monthly fee. I emailed asking for a refund and to cancel once again only to be sent in loops with AI responses. I have filled out my cancellation form multiple times and am yet to receive any refund or contact from a human.

Broken pawtag and no response from the customer service team has left a really sour taste in my mouth. The tag was only attached to my dog's collar for 2 months before the metal fatigued and the tag broke off. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service.

Had this for my spaniel but because of design she kept breaking/losing disc.
Decided to cancel after first year but boy they don’t make it easy! Still in process of trying to cancel.
Definitely would not recommend as after requesting cancellation numerous times they have now taken money from my account! 😡

I have had two of these tags and they have both snapped off my dogs collar. I have tried to cancel my subscription however this is proving near impossible! Over the past three days I have emailed 22 times and nearly always get the same reply telling me to fill out a form and that someone will get in touch with me. I’m still waiting!

Absolutely useless - I cancelled in April - again in June and August - no customer service at all - I spoke to my bank and instructed them to stop any further payments - been told several times to complete online cancellation - which I did 3 times - also emailed several times - you cannot get to speak to anyone which makes it all look a bit suspect - maybe a scam.

Stay away! I subscribed because I thought the tag would give me geolocation of my cat. Turns out it didn't, I decided to cancel but their support don't answer so I had to go directly through my bank to stop the direct debit

As other reviews have said great at the start but not physically being able to track them like see their movements and only having to tryst that someone will scan it is crazy.
Contacted to cancel my subscription and still being charged which is crazy. Still waiting to hear back from them, customer service is very slow. I emailed them a week ago asking to cancel and got someone will contact you only to find out im being charged. Long run might have to get a whole new card because of trash communication.

Useless says my cat is at home when they are not, Useless for 3 cats it only sees one tag. Been asking for weeks for them to cancel my account. They still try and take money out of my bank. 5 emails I have sent and always told someone from the team will get back to me shortly but never do.

Not really what it says!!! The tags are held on by flimsy rings and they break and the tags are lost. Then when you want to UNSUBSCRIBE because you're totally unsatisfied and being charged for a service you aren't using they want the lost tags returned or you get new tags, pay shipping only to ship them back. Easier and cheaper in the long run to get a microchip and be on a trusted national database.

Light weight tag, metal broke where loop ring goes within one month, ordered another at a cost for postage, this time it lasted around 6 months did not replace it this time. One year later they took their annual fee WITHOUT any notification of the payment being due. Only way to get in touch is via their online form which sends out an auto reply 'someone will be in touch', 12 days later I am still waiting, advised them I would put it in the hands of the credit card company for refund if they did not get in touch....now in the hands of the credit card company as no response to form filling or emails.

For them to remove the subscription straight away when told to and not keep saying to do it on the site as your pet does not appear and keep charging you money
