While I was happy with the tags for the cats at the start. I'm disappointed with the fact you have to trust that the person that finds them will actually scan and let you know where they are. On top of that I'm really disappointed in communication with customer support as I have sent an email last month wanting to change the card the subscriptions go out of and to put on hold the subscriptions while I got a response that they received my request and someone will respond shortly it's a month later and no response I emailed back and asked for a update still no response. Makes me wonder what would happen if/ when I want to cancel will they actually do it or not.

Great for when you loose your pet

It does pick up the location where my fur baby is. It only picks up my location where I am. I was hoping when you share location that it will lead me to my fur baby cat, but it doesn't it leads to my location where I am.

I have been trying to cancel for weeks. No one is responding! This feels like a scam.
I have contacted the customer service email, multiple times but no response.

Ordered 2 tags, but then cancelled 1 and knly received 1. Been getting charged for 2 the whole time. Sent numerous emails to customer service, who send a pre wrote email then dont follow up.
Writing this on behalf of my daughter who has a brain injury. Ended up having to cancel her card to stop payments coming out.

Very happy with this service apart from they are very fragile where the ring goes into the hole to fix the tag on as it snaps very easily and I am going through quite a lot of them.

After replacing one tag, within a fortnight the second tag broke. The hole is too close to the edge and leaves only a flimsy piece to thread. I wont be buying again.

It doesn't really tell me where he is just say he's in the area but not where or my other cat say she out but she in the house if u no what I mean

It was very direct and gave very good directions on how to get my doggy and yeah just very clear

So easy to set up and scanned code and said we're my dog was instantly very happy

They’re absolutely terrible. I ordered one of my dogs a tag and it came a month later and I ordered a second one and that one has no signs of showing up. I got a email back immediately about wanting an update about my second tag but I never got a response again. It’s been over week, going on to two. I’m throwing away my tag I have for my other dog. I have a skittish puppy and that’s why I need a tracker but if they can’t even communicate with their costumers, I have no faith they will be able to protect my dog with their worthless tags.

What made us choose pawtag over similar brands was how they explained how to set it up clearly where others weren’t as clear. It was easy to set up once arrived, such affordable amount each mind for peace of mind our dog will be returned quickly if she does get out. I’ve highly recommend to friends and family and anyone who’s a pet!

I tried to cancel my subscription with them about 8 months ago and each month they still take money. I have emailed them every month and still havent cancelled. I tried cancel my self, said was done and still took money. No phone line to contact them. Awful company
