Be realistic with postage
Bought a pair of socks as a Christmas gift at the start of the month. Has now run well over the timescale of delivery.
Emailed as to why it had not been shipped, was told that my postage confirmation was in the junk email folder, it was not. The postage confirmation was coincidentally confirmed that day. Asked for tracking number with no reply.
Read the other reviews and make up your mind. Just my circumstance, but one that seems common with this company.

I got 3 pairs on a special offer and am really happy with the quality. Delivery took about 10 days so make sure to order in advance.
Slow delivery, disappointing product.
Ordered a pair of socks from the website - it took longer than the given dispatch time to send them, but gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Took a week after the item was marked as shipped for Royal Mail to actually confirm they had been told to receive the item, and a further week after that to receive it - be warned this company does not ship from within the UK if you are expecting a quick delivery (as it is stated that the parcel is sent 48 hour Royal Mail tracked).
When the product arrived I was shocked at the low quality - the socks themselves are cheap material with the print so low quality that it is blurred and you could barely make out a) the paw prints that are part of the Pawwsy design and b) the print of my dog.
Advice for potential customers would be to look elsewhere! Other companies offer the same product albeit for a slightly higher price tag, but the mantra “buy cheap, buy twice” applies for Pawwsy.

Cutest socks ever!
I ordered socks for a friend, featuring her two cats. They turned out to be the cutest socks I have ever seen! Customer service was excellent and the socks arrived sooner than expected. I'm sure my friend is going to love them.
Quick turnaround, decent product
Rapid turnaround and delivery despite covid and brexit context on delivery. Lovely little product; the fabric isn't high quality but is what should be expected for a light-hearted gift.
Infuriatingly slow
Ordered a pair of socks on the 26th of November and they are still in China and haven’t moved since the 12 of December. The excuse given to me was that most of the orders go to the UK so to the rest of the world is unreliable! Why bother shipping to the rest of the world if it won’t come!! Infuriating, don’t use this service

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Ordering easy. Communication excellent and phone cover and apron turned up on time. Recipients very very happy with gifts.

I got my mom a mug with me and our dog Poppy on whilst I'm teaching abroad. She opened it on Xmas day and loved it so much, ty!
Inexcusable and disappointing
I ordered a special item for my wife for Christmas on December 5th giving the company more than enough time especially using post office 48hr service. Today is 24th December and the item hasn't arrived despite the post office supposedly receiving it on December 21st. Other companies offer a much quicker delivery but I thought I would try Pawssy. Diabolical and disappointing service in the modern day!

Probably the worst online shopping experience ever. Website looked great etc, I ordered off a similar website Dogsy a week after I ordered from here and received it no problems. I emailed and asked about my item which I was told hadn’t been made yet due to being busy. I asked for a refund and they said no. Even though it’s the law, custom items or not. I then got several replies from another email all saying different excuses. I then received a email blaming Royal Mail with a template of how their tracking is down. Believe it or not I work for them, I tracked the item on the website which returns with a error. I checked in house and to my surprise the items been booked for delivery but they haven’t received it. Yet another company blaming Royal Mail when reality is it’s not them. I understand it’s a busy time of year but this is a joke. I have done all my shopping online this year and had no issues apart from this site.

Just horrific - AVOID!
Just horrific, please, please avoid this company. Waste of time and money. Their support team is incredibly difficult to deal with when you do get a response. Thought I was supporting a local UK company in the midst of a pandemic, when all of it is shipped from China.

I cancelled an order instantly after purchase, as I then seen their awful Trustpilot reviews.
I was then responded to saying there is "no cancellation policy*, however I quickly reminded them of my consumer rights.
They finally responded in a confrontational manner, saying how they found it "upsetting that you show no consideration to the cost you have caused our business." The "cost" indeed being absolutely nothing as my cancellation request was instant. You'd think they had tiny sock elves working away instantaneously the way she was going on.
An arrogant, self important sock company, who have atrocious reviews for very good reason.
Avoid like the plague.

I would not use this company again
I would not use this company again. I was not sent what I ordered, but the company have repeatedly blamed me, and have refused to resolve the issue. £30 lost. Please read the other reviews, I am not the only person to have had issues with this company.
Being fair, the product is nice quality (if you actually get what you ordered, but customer services is appalling and has left me very angry. No regard for the customer at all. The issue with my order was never resolved. I have been left out of pocket, and been made out to be an incompetent idiot by their so-called customer services. They will not take any responsibility for the error and have essentially told me tough luck. This company take your money and don’t care about their customers. Please do not buy from them.

Unreliable service.

Some people seem to be happy with what they have purchased, so I'd say ordering from here is a lottery but you will be refunded eventually if you don't receive an item.

Ordered three pairs of socks with our pets pictures on as Christmas presents. Ordering process was easy. Response to questions from Katie at Pawwsy were very quick. Unfortunately due to it being close to Christmas my package went missing, not Pawwsy’s fault, the delivery company lost it. As soon as this was realised Katie immediately ordered a replacement set and they arrived a few days later. Although a bit late for Christmas my wife and kids were delighted with them. The pictures are really good. One of our cats is white and I was unsure how it would look on white socks but it looks really good. I’d definitely use them again.
Don't waste your time - misleading and dishonest, extremely low quality product.
I placed an order on the 5th of December, their website said dispatched within 3-5 days and delivered within 5-7 days, which would have left plenty of time before Christmas.
10 days later I had heard nothing, so got in touch. A shipping confirmation was send the following day on the 15th, however the tracking number send did not work with Royal Mail at all, they said to wait and please be patient. This email also claimed that they had made it clear on they're website that orders may not arrive for Xmas, however I saw nothing to suggest this at the time, or I would never have ordered.
Frustrated and having heard nothing more again, I got back in touch on the 22nd and they claimed the order must be missing in the post (I have never had anything go missing with Royal Mail), and said they would follow up and let me know. The parcel eventually arrived on the 31st of December (too late to be given as a gift, and I had to search at the last minute for a replacement).
The postage label shows the date of the 23rd (one day after they said it must be missing), and arrived under the original tracking number. They claim to have reshipped the item but that is impossible to believe (especially when they said it takes 3-5 days to make), they are merely trying to hide their tracks and the fact that it comes from China. I got in touch again to ask for a refund as I felt the service was unsatisfactory and misleading, however they have refused to give me a refund.
To add insult to injury, the socks are a terrible quality, with blotches of colour where there shouldn't be, and don't really resemble wearable socks.
Very disappointed and and frustrated at this utter waste of money and time.

All I can say is READ THE REVIEWS, this outfit is appalling to deal with, you pay your money and wait and wait and wait, why? because your order is made and shipped from CHINA and not the UK.
The socks eventually received are typical Chinese poor quality and more like a tube rather than a fashioned sock, take your concerns to the company and you will be bombarded with aggression and the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Please, don't be fooled in to thinking you are buying from the U.K. yes the website might be U.K. based but the stuff you receive is made in and routed back to them from CHINA and this is why it takes sooooooo long for anything to arrive, 18 quid for a pair of polyester tubes?????? do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs, after all it is mainly your own pet that gets the insult.
