I have used pawsy twice one for socks and the other a phone cover both times I have used this company I have been fully satisfied with my products and delivery I would recommend any pet owners to use their products 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Poor customer service (and a misleading website)

I initially bought a pair of socks and a mug for a Chrismas gift, November 2018. The website is a .com, language is English and the prices are Sterling (£) - this all leads to the assumption its a UK business (which apparently it is). However, after ordering and receiving tracking details, I was surprised to find the items were coming from China. I will point out that within the small print on the website, Pawwsy do state the items may come from overseas. I do feel this could have been made more clear.
In regards to the delivery process, the provided tracking page from Pawwsy stated: "in transit" for over 3 weeks with very little further information and no tracking update whilst the item was on the slow boat from China. This led me to believe that something had gone wrong so I contacted Pawwsy. Pawwsy advised that this was normal and the tracking page will update once the item arrives in the UK.
The tracking did eventually update to "delivered", however; I was at work at the time and there was no one home. The tracking information did not have a delivery address, or signature - only a note stating the item had been delivered within my city. When I came home that evening, the parcel was nowhere to be found.
I contacted Pawwsy where it became quickly apparent that as far as Pawwsy was concerned, their part of the sale was complete as the tracking stated it had been delivered. They refused to help any further. They refused to speak with the Chinese distributor, Chinese courier and Royal Mail. They refused to confirm the address the parcel was delivered to or indeed which address it was posted out to in the first place. They refused to re-send replacement items out or offer a refund. I was on my own.
At the time, the Pawwsy customer services were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I was very frustrated and disappointed, I had lost a £30 order and I had to buy a replacement (generic) gift at very short notice a few days before Christmas - we all know how stressful that can be.
I originally reviewed with "1-Star" in January 2019, however, Pawwsy had this review removed. I then re-wrote this review in May 2019, which Pawwy once again tried to remove (however, trustpilot kept the review). Today, only a few days after Trustpilots decision, I received an e-mail from Pawwsy in response to this review with all the tracking info, address confirmation etc etc. So I can finally, 6 months after the order; confirm that Pawwsy did send the items to my correct address and I now believe that the items were likely lost or misdelivered over the busy Christmas period - I accept that the parcel not being delivered to my address is outside of Pawwsy's control.
However, I am keeping the "1-star" review as the new information doesn't forgive the fact that:
1. I was originally never made aware of any attempt by Pawwsy to resolve this dispute at the time - in fact, quite the opposite
2. I never actually received the items
3. The original customer service received was clearly lacking
And additionally - Pawwsy only provided the information after failing to have my review removed, which suggests to me they are more bothered about removing poor reviews than providing a good service - in my opinion.
To date, I still haven't received my items or a refund (including an offer of such) - nor do I want it at this stage.
I cannot recommend this company whatsoever.

Never received
Ordered 8th of november 2018 for a Christmas gift. Was taking a long time so emailed customer service, who sent me tracking sites that couldn’t find the package or didn’t work. More time goes by and refuses to reship, they just told me to wait. Never received my order, wasted my money. I do not recommend.

Cheap product and terrible customer service, buyer beware
Cheap product and terrible customer service. I ordered socks and they arrived with blue print lines running up the outsides of both socks, not to mention the fact that they were shapeless polyester tubes. The image cutout was not great, and the print job gets pulled apart by the ribbing of the fabric when you put the socks on so the image ends up looking muted and blurry. Customer service denied that anything was wrong and refused a reprint or a refund. Buyer beware.

I ordered, paid then next day got an email saying order received and it would take up to 18 working days so almost 4 weeks. I emailed back within 7 hours to say just cancel as needed for a present. Policy says cancel within 24 hours for refund less £2 charge. Seller refused saying too late.

Very disappointing - SHOP ELSEWHERE!
The website is misleading and the socks I ordered very poor quality. I ordered around 10 days before Christmas but was then notified that the order would not arrive before Christmas due to high demand and long shipping leadtime. This is apparently mentioned on the website but it's not prominent. I asked to cancel the order so I could shop elsewhere but was told that was not possible as this can only be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
The socks arrived on 31st Dec and the materials are cheap and the socks have no shaped heel. After just one wear the pattern has worn badly on the sole. The quality does not justify the price despite the customisation. I won't be using Pawwsy again - so disappointing as this could be fab if the service and product were up to scratch.
UPDATE 15th Jan 2019: although the customer service team have been communicating regularly they refuse to refund two defective products; with one rep appearing to disbelieve me when I confirmed that the socks degraded prior to washing. Their policy commits to reshipments rather than refunds for defective products but who wants extra pairs of rubbish socks?

Not so much socks as polyester tubes
I'd describe these products as poor. I ordered on 13th Dec, just received today - no mention that it was coming from China until I found this review site.
The socks I ordered are not actually socks but shiny polyester tubes - there is no shaping around the heal and there are longer than your average sock too. The photo of our dog is ok - quality is a bit off.
Disappointed in myself for paying - definitely won't be going down this road next Christmas.

Everyone’s favourite present
Bought a pair of socks each for my teenagers with their cat on. Massive hit. They are a spoilt lot but all said it was their favourite present. Also bought a purse with my cats head on it but my husband has nicked it and it was a hit at the pub. Now I just need to get something for myself !
Was looking for something personal for any member of family
Was looking for something personal for a Christmas present, and this was certainly the place. Bought boxers for my son, loved his dog so much I had her photo put onto them. He found it funny but loved it at the same time. This company is second to none, outstanding customer service, especially Jenny who went out of her way to help me with query on my order. Will certainly be using them on the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you
Fab products
Took a while to arrive but it was the Christmas period so that wasn't their fault. I ordered 2 pairs of socks and a pinny . I loved the products , they made great presents. Would definitely order again 😄
Pawsy socks
I ordered 2 pairs of socks early in December. It was stated that delivery would take 10-12 days. I received a Royal Mail tracking order which encouraged me as Royal Mail is a credible company. The parcel sat in China for a long time. I received the socks possibly more than three weeks later. Socks have been well received presents and I will order again from Pawsy.
Lovely personal gift!
I ordered some socks and a custom phone case. This company advise shipping can take 10-15 working days and in the FAQ section it explains they do ship from China. After recieving my tracking number on the 3rd Dec i have today recieved my products. Very pleased with the items and worth the wait!!
Be warned long delays
Great idea, however be warned that you will need to wait well over a month to receive any product.
As I purchased mine some weeks ago I will not receive now until mid-late January. This was never made clear by Pawwsy and had I know I would not have bought.
I have wasted my money.

Items come from China — does not state on website
I ordered socks on December 3rd for Christmas presents and was given the tracking number today (19th) and discovered they are being shipped from China, so no chance whatsoever of them being delivered on time. They do state on the website roughly how long delivery will be, hence ordering early, but they do not state ANYWHERE on the website that the items are coming from China. Reading the reviews on the website itself now, I am a bit dubious that they are genuine — there are many from the same people, all beautifully spelt and saying roughly the same thing. Hmmmm.
On the plus side, they did answer emails when I chased them up and were very friendly, but still did not mention the fact they are coming from China. There is no phone number or address on the site. Like the other reviewer here, will update if they do deliver on time...

Items being shipped from China, not stated on website. 2 weeks after ordering I received dispatch email that has Chinese tracking number so long time from ordering to dispatch (they say 5-8 business days). So items ordered for Xmas will not arrive in time. Will update this when they arrive (if they arrive) otherwise PayPal will be informed for refund.
