Fantastic Company
I ordered 2 pairs of Personalised socks for my Daughter and Granddaughters Xmas. The socks had theIr dogs faces on them. The likeness was unbelievable. Both girls were absolutely delighted with them. Delivery was very quick. This company is very reliable and I have recommended them to many friends

Bought a watch 6 months ago with my dogs face on it the watch stopped working and within the 6 months I lost my baby girl the company sent me another watch now I can look at her always no problems with this company great service via email thank you.
Ordered on 3rd December - Arrived 3rd January!!
Ordered on 3rd December so they would be delivered well before Christmas! Order confirmation didnt arrive till 2 days later! The Waited and waited and waited! Tracking reference was sent on 15th December, didnt work on royal mail! Checked everyday and still wasnt working so emailed Pawwsy! Got a very blunt email back that there was a delay, so waited some more. Christmas came and went! Emailed again on 30th December and again got another blunt reply and said that they have reshipped the order. It arrived today (3rd jan 2020 - a whole month after ordering). I checked the original tracking number on royal mail and it works now and says product has been delivered. I dont believe that my product was suddenly reshipped, they just didnt send it out until 28th December. Awful service and rude blunt customer service email responses. Will never use again, ridiculously expensive product as well. Dont bother using Pawwsy!!!!!

Use a different company
Ordered in 12th dec, website stated 5-6d design time then 5-7d delivery (I can see now their website says can not guarantee delivery before Christmas if ordered after 30th of Nov but it definitely didn’t say that at the time as it is the only reason I picked them!).
2nd of Jan and the order has finally arrived... and it’s the wrong design socks with the wrong pet! Absolutely gutted, angry and embarrassed. Avoid completely.

Anouther fake company from China
We had a choice of ordering custom made socks from various companies that advertised this service. We went with Pawwsy as it stated they were a UK based company in London. I have found out by searching them that they are based in China AGAIN!!! Fed up with companies pretending they are in the UK. I placed our order even though they were slightly more expensive because I wanted them for Christmas. Well it is now 3 Jan and still nothing and no response from them apart from b###t replies that takes days or even no response from them. I am now in the process of getting my money back via pay pal.

Absolute and complete sham of a company…
Absolute and complete sham of a company if you can even call it that. Socks ordered on the 11th December and we're now on the 1/1/2020 and they STILL havent been delivered. They were a Christmas present as well. Looks like so many other people have experienced the same. There are a few other options - go with them and AVOID Pawwsy.

Continued pushing sales when unable to fulfill orders for in time for Christmas
I ordered two pairs of socks as gifts after being targeted with ads on instagram as the product looked great. I checked the delivery dates beforehand believed I was ordering with plenty of time ahead of christmas based on the shipping times stated on the site. Also - considering they were still pushing ads of social media I assumed they also expected to fulfill orders.
Come christmas and there was still no confirmation the order had been shipped.
I contacted customer services who did respond quite promptly, but told me quite rudely that it was my fault for not reading their expected shipping times correctly and pointing out the positive reviews on their website (which are of little help to me if my order is delayed).
After expressing my disappointment with the tone of the email response and quoting the shipping times from the confirmation email that negated that fact I did receive an apology, a £5 voucher and an update that an agent had chased and found my order was 'temporarily misplaced', however this doesn't really bring make up for the fact that I did not have a gift to offer someone for christmas and that I have been left with a suspicion at this stage that it was futile to have ever expected it to have arrived in time when I ordered.

Ordered on 8th Dec, still not arrived!
Ordered on 8th Dec for a Xmas pressie, item has still not arrived! Plenty of other companies offering the same service and would have the order delivered in a much quicker time frame. Massively regret ordering with Pawwsy and would advise anyone thinking of ordering with them to shop elsewhere. Pointless giving an Xmas present to someone in January. It really loses the special thought. Thanks Pawwsy!

DO NOT USE PAWWSY!
Still awaiting my order despite ordering it on December 7th. I ordered this as a christmas present but it obviously was not there for the big day. Really disappointed. I received a notification on December 16th stating that my order has been shipped. However Royal Mail only received the package on December 27th.
I emailed pawwsy and got a poor response. Blaming me as apparently they wrote about delays in orders on thier website.....I couldnt find these delay messages and from what I read whilst ordering the order should have been manufactured and delivered before Christmas. I then got a 10% off voucher which I will never use.
I have drawn the conclusion that Pawwsy did not have the capacity and staffing to deal with an increased number of orders over the Christmas period. I also believe it's reasonable to suggest that pawwsy have sent out shipping notifications when they had not actually been shipped. An 11 day delay between telling me the item had been shipped and royal mail saying they had received the package suggests to me they lied to customers. As such I am going to contact my local trading standards office as I feel that this could constitute some type of fraud or trading law. There are many other customers with the same complaint.
Nonetheless, If you have not guess by now, I would not reccomend ordering from Pawwsy and would suggest to activily avoid this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered weeks before Xmas. Didn’t arrive - tracking number didn’t work and now told xmas delivery was never guaranteed in any case and also now hiding behind small print. It was never highlighted that xmas delivery was not achievable as I would not have placed the order as I suspect neither would many others. A sham of a company who refuse to cancel order and provide refund as its apparently my fault!

Ordered product from website on fri 13th (said 5-7 days delivery) received email on 22nd saying product as been sent, but royal mail say they are still waiting for product. I would not use this company unless you are ordering for next xmas!!!

AWFUL
As other reviews show below... atrocious company and zero customer service. Weeks ago since I placed my order #18431 and lo and behold, it did not arrive in time. Order shipped yet as others have said, tracking information does not even work... ruined a Christmas present. Have demanded a refund and tried to raise this, yet despite the 48 hour time frame they claim to respond in, they haven’t. Also complained via Instagram where they have been active, but just ignored messages. Avoid this company at all costs.. there are numerous others who do it better who I wish I had ordered from instead as they do not deserve even one star.

Avoid at all costs
Atrocious service and, it appears, deliberately misleading. Like other reviews I ordered in November and with the outside calculation of the days they state it would take, should have had delivery on 19 Dec. Royal Mail website shows they haven’t even received the items yet. Pawwsy tried to blame the courier and then resorted to the fact their website carried warnings ‘that Christmas may cause delays’. It did, but the only hard facts they provide showed delivery by 19 Dec. Their customer service seems to be an exercise in denial and claiming ‘I’m not being fair’. Use a UK producer whose reviews show they will do what you pay for. Should have checked here first!
Worth reporting that the company has contacted me and offered a partial refund as long as I take down the negative review. I am not prepared to do so.

Still waiting...
Ok, so Pawwsy have a very impressive website, showered with 5* reviews (every single one of them....?) They look to be a UK based company (which they are) and when ordering it would be natural to assume that the product you are purchasing is coming from the UK or EU and will be fulfilled within a reasonable timescale.
I ordered a pair of socks on Dec 3rd, with the reasonable expectation that they would be delivered before Christmas. After all, over 3 weeks for an order to be fulfilled seems plenty of time for any company. I waited, waited and waited for a despatch email, then received an email a week ago to tell me they were on their way. Great I thought, plenty of time for them to arrive before Christmas. When they didn’t arrive this week I did a bit of research online and found out that the sock are being imported from CHINA! This information may be buried in Pawwsy’s small print somewhere but it was not made clear when ordering that it would take around a month to fulfil the order. I would never have placed the order if this had been made clear.
The tracking number still isn’t showing as active on the tracking website which sadly means that they aren’t in the country yet and are now unlikely to arrive before Christmas.
I emailed Pawwsy on Thursday asking for an update but still haven’t received a reply. There is also no way of contacting them by phone.

Socks now received
Currently waiting for my delivery not even had the dispatch email yet. Looking at some of these reviews doesn’t look like I’m getting it now before Christmas. Ordered 3 pairs of socks so really annoyed that I have wasted my money on socks that are being sent from China. Nowhere did it state on the website that they are not UK based. Annoyed at myself for not being more thorough.
Customer service are trying to say they did make it clear re Christmas deliveries however there was no mention of delays on their website at the time I ordered them.
** UPDATE: received socks finally on the 03rd January but not in time for Christmas, One of the socks isn’t the colour I ordered but looking at some of the other reviews at least it has my dog on it. Please be aware that these socks are tube shaped rather then sock shaped due to the printing process. They do fit but are very long so I wouldn’t call them ankle socks as such. We ordered coloured socks an the colour is printed on a white sock rather then a coloured sock so not sure how they will fair once they are washed. Its a fantastic idea but would be a lot more successful if the printing was done in the UK so that customers are not left waiting 4 weeks for their gifts.

I have used pawwsy for several gifts, a hoody, socks and an umbrella and they were all fantastic quality. The service was great, quick delivery and I would definately recommend them to all my friends. 5 stars!
