Easy to use and navigate, simple straightforward. Cars are limited to what you chose but if you find a car you like it’s straight forward process.
Few things I have had issue with is with the actual car dealer with missing v5 log book, and locking wheel nut, has been rectified but has given a few frustrations

Head gasket went on finance car i thought i would be stuck with no car for two years, i found payswap online so i applied thinking it wouldn't be an option but i was accepted and it was all done very quickly within 12 days, I got my new car today and am very pleased and relieved. Excellent service when you feel there is no hope especially as i live in the countryside with no buses to get on. Thank you so much you have been a huge help.

I enquired about a vehicle to which I had to input all my details and pay a £99 admin fee. Then It seems they simply passed my number to the dealership of the car and it wasn't a very helpful service so I decided to cancel my order and look elsewhere. I asked for my £99 back because it was obvious they hadn't really done any admin as my enquiry never got further than asking a question and I was told I wouldn't be eligible for a refund. So unless you're definitely going to get a vehicle from them make your decision before you even enquire about a car. I've had to pay £99 for them to make a phone call.

Very helpful staff and everything explained in detail. I felt free to go through questions on matters that i did not understand.

I applied for a larger version of my car having only purchased in October last year. I thought it would likely be impossible to swap to the newer car. Payment swap introduced me to quality dealer/lender who made it happen. Likely turn around would have been 5-7 days but the original car I went for had already gone. The new vehicle was not actually in the dealership so the process took around 2 weeks.
Only had the car a few hours but I am pleased with it. Very happy

I had only had my car for a couple of years but after having a baby the car was too small, it was no longer practical and was causing a massive amount of stress for my family. I had been to two dealerships before trying paymentswap and no one could help. We was preparing to take a hit on our finance's to purchase another car. I came across payment swap whilst doing an online search and it has been a life saver. We now get to have the family car we really needed.
I honestly can not thank Nigel enough for sorting it all out for us, car rides and family holidays are about to become so much easier!
Will 100% recommend to other people i know in similar situations.

A really quick and easy process. Found the exact car I wanted and the website just let me swap my current car that I had only bought in January for a much lower mileage one for similar payment. Buying
online saved me all the time visiting car dealerships. Will use Payment Swap again.

Really great company with fantastic service from Tony to Nige. I’m not one to normally write reviews but from my experience in the way I’ve been dealt with particularly from Nige has been amazing!!

What’s surprising is the only negative comment I’ve read about this company and that being about “Nige”, whom I think has been brilliant with helping me find a new car!

I run my own business which is customer service based and if I could, I’d ask Nige to supervise my staff also to ensure my customers get the best service possible as I did from this company.

I find it shocking to see such rubbish written about a person that is ever so friendly and professional in making sure that I found a car that I really liked and to do any sort of justice I felt like I had to make my opinion known also.

This company is highly recommended!!

Really happy with the service I had from the team of Payment Swap, Never thought the staff at payment swap will make the process so easy. From Liam to Nige all were very supportive and made it very easy and quick for me. Thank you very much guys.

Brilliant company got me the swap I wanted with ease.

Payment swap was truly legendary and fantastic for me, I had a car I already had on finance and within few months of owning this car (Ford s max diesel) has spent over £800 ! Fixing all the faults as the dealership I bought it from didn’t want to touch it or help, so it left me try gutted and out of pocket and just basically wanting to change the car.

So after thinking about refinancing I found payment swap and all I can say is wow ! So simple and easy to use, just put in your details and what you owe on your car and then go hunting for a new car, it’s truly that easy, Emily and Nige were fantastic and exactly what the car industry needs more often, good people who go out there way to help and not try to sell you any rubbish or not understand what they are selling.

They explain the process and each step, you have constant communication with them and when you do find the car you want like I did will do everything they can to get you driving in your car ASAP, with 5 days I have picked a car, finance had been sorted and be collecting it ASAP ! I’m truly over the moon.

Now you may read this review and think it’s too good to be true or I’ve been told to write such a great review but trust me I’m a honest man with a family and just when I felt stuck in a car that gave me nothing but grief, payment swap have truly saved me and I can thank them enough for there kindness their respect and support and for a fantastic deal on my new car !

So don’t think about doing it just do it and you won’t be disappointed and be smiling as much as I am now !

So I contacted Paymentswap not even a week ago and I’m collecting my new car tomorrow! Nige has been fantastic throughout the process really knows what he’s talking about .
