Great, friendly people to do business with. Very informative and are very understanding to the customer's needs. I certainly recommend them and would use their services again if needed. From start to finish the process has been simple. The guys at Payment Swap and those at the dealership gave A class service!! I am a very happy customer.

After looking around at various websites I came across Payment Swap. They were very quick and professional in helping me along with the purchase of my new car I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very helpfull service. Only took 8 days from first visiting Payment Swap site to driving away in new car. Got a price for my part exchange, chose a car, financed arranged, signed the paperwork online took car to approved dealer and that was it.

From the beginning I found the team verey helpful. The stock of cars is very good and meets nearly all types out there, all in good condition, and all at reputable dealerships.

The first car I wanted was sold by the dealer to another purchaser, the team at Payment Swap (specifically Nigel) worked at it to find me options, that met my 1st choices - mileage, cost and condition.

I chose a car on Friday and picked it up the next Tuesday. That does tick all of my boxes as being a 1st class service.

Great customer service, easy to use website and process made easy. I didn't think I would be able to change my car but Payment Swap made it feel like a breeze.

The site itself is really easy to navigate. The choice itself is amazing – with cars from dealers around the country. Me and the wife had a good look at a whole load of different options. There’s the standard filters and list preferences to go for (we went for low mileage/newer) – so I felt pretty comfortable having a gander.

The turnaround time in getting it valued was great – whole process seamless and professional – and then from acceptance to completion was equally quick. The dealership I got my Renault Scenic from got all the paperwork done in about 15 minutes.

I knew the car was being valued by We Want Any Car (you have to assess the condition of the car in the early stages yourself). That might put some people off – but in my case, the choice was to either foot the bill of a really expensive car repair on a fairly old car, or accept a fair valuation (I think you’re always going to feel like it’s being undervalued, right?!) and use that money to get something better…or in my case, spend on Christmas presents!

I was informed every step of the way via phone and email of how things were progressing and the staff I spoke to from Payment Swap were always polite and helpful.

In the end, I managed to save £1700 on my old car’s repair bills by swapping early.

Job’s a good ‘un. I’d highly recommend ditching the in-showroom sales patter, and give this site a proper good test drive.
