My experience with TMS was excellent. The process did take some time but they are very efficient, taking the time to keep me updated every step of the way to a very successful outcome.

Was over the moon as even though I have been told several times I wasn't entitled to anything you came through for us made me a very happy lady and was surprised how quickly it went into my account from a text to say this morning congratulations and phone call couple of hours later and promised 2 days and less than 4 hours later in morning bank account I will let everyone know how excellent you are. Filled in a form I saw on an advert, regarding my Vanquish credit card, but did not think much would happen, but they were always kept me informed all the time, long story short they won my claim and after they took their % I was £5k up.

I knew that I was owed compensation and tried to act on it myself but when I saw TMS Legal they asked about the whole thing and made it so easy. With only a few documents sent, they worked the whole case securing me what I was owed. They communicated everything as it happened and set up a personal text service to me. Couldn’t ask for more

I filled the form in on the off chance they may be able to claim something for me from Aqua although the account was closed and settled a few years ago. Had nothing to lose and forgot all about it as expected no success. Couple of months later received £1600. Yes the fees are expensive if they are successful but bear in mind you’re starting with nothing and no expectations so any payout is something you wouldn’t have had.

Cant fault them, great service sorting my claim and top communication throughout. Highly recommend
