Didn't think much at first but after regular updates and communication with them I started to believe and was shocked when they had helped me and secured me a good amount of payback. The staff i spoke with where froendly and really helpful.Will definitely recommend to friends and family

To be honest I was very sceptical with regards to whether or not this would help me, as I have only ever had negative support from the company that TMS have been up against.
But I have to to say all of this was done via email, and they have throughly out done themselves the have literally managed the impossible of getting blood out of a stone.
They have been in touch with me throughout the whole process and have responded to any queries that I have had swiftly.

An absolutely outstanding service paid to me, by a very rare type of company! By that I mean that they only contacted me when it was really necessary to do so, and for very important details. My TWO claims against VANQUIS BANK/CARD wouldn't have yielded so much as sniff of the £1,782.00 (thereabouts but more!). I FIRST CLAIM ONLINE TO CLAIM FROM THE CREDIT CARD AND IT WAS REFUSED BY THE CREDIT CARD SO I TOOK IT TO THE OMBUSMAN AND IN A SHORT TIME IT WAS RULED N MY FAVOUR SO IT TURNED TO A VERY POSITIVE FOR ME

had a msg come up on my phone regarding miss sold credit cards. and thought I would contact tms regarding mine. I didn't think enything would ever come of it but would let them try for me enyway. it's only been about possibly six months or more. and they've got me a one thousand six hundred settlement. there fee was taken out of original offer. witch was a very reasonable amount for all the hard work they've done. would highly recommend using them if you've ever had credit card's from vanquis. or aqua. as the interest rates they charge are huge. big thank you to TMS. legal.

I didn't expect a penny tbh and the credit card company let it go to the financial ombudsman who ruled in my favour I got far more money than I could have dreamed of TMS did all the work tbh I didn't really help them

There wasn't really anything I liked save for the fact they got a positive result and nogot my claim sorted but as others have said, very high fees and can't speak to them, only by SMS or email

Really helpful kept me informed on every procedure I recommend using them
