They are scammers, they took money and never sent me PCB please don't buy PCB from them

This company is scam, dont buy anything from them, didn't delivers and neither refunded me money very very upset

Wanted to give them negative reviews, never received product as well they told me will refund me money, but its all scam, dont believe this scammers.

Never received my products. They have shown out for delivery for over a month, and they just keep telling me that “they have reached out to the shipper for a resolution”. The delay cost me time and a lot of money on a custom project I was building for a customer.

Outstanding supplier of all services and materials related to prototyping electronics. I used PCBWAY for PCB boards, Assembly, 3D printing, and custom metal work. They did a perfect job, delivered quickly and were extremely affordable. I love PCBWAY!

The PCBs that PCBWay has fabbed for me have all been of the highest standard. More important in some ways, though, has been the excellent customer service, which included working with me to fix issues with the files I submitted, and sending photographs of boards to confirm component placement before proceeding with assembly. Very interactive and responsive.

I order around 30 PCBs for a personal project, which were very thin and with small components. The quality of the board and the sharpness of the silkscreen and soldermask layer were perfect. I really like how professional the board look. Fully recommend it.

I've been using PCBWay for many years now, and they made more than 30 different pcb's for me. I've never been disappointed, the quality was always good. There never was a pcb with a short or other malfunction. I recommend PCBWay for all your pcb's.

I built a homemade retro CPU using classic 74-series DIP logic chips and wire-wrap construction — a true retro tech project — and documented everything on GitHub (fortinsylvain/MyCpu). When it came time to fabricate the custom PCB, I turned to PCBWay — and the experience was outstanding. I'm happy to share my experience here.
First, I transferred my handwritten schematic into KiCad and completed the routing for each component. When it came time to submit the design, I was impressed by PCBWay’s one-click KiCad integration — all design files were automatically submitted to the factory with a single click. No file packaging, no ZIP uploads — just click and go!
The ordering process was fast and seamless. The web interface was intuitive and transparent, allowing me to track each step of the production process in real time. The PCBs arrived astonishingly quickly, properly boxed and well-protected. Although I ordered 5 boards, PCBWay generously included 6 — a thoughtful bonus!
The boards had a clear silkscreen, precise solder mask, and excellent overall build quality. The soldering process went smoothly, and on first power-on, the board worked! The transfer from wire-wrap prototype to professional PCB was a complete success.
I also discovered a strong online community around PCBWay, full of shared open-source hardware projects — very inspiring!

Commande passée en mars toujours pas livré. Tous les mois il me demande de payer autre chose chez jlcpcb j’ai fait faire les mêmes choses en un mois, j’avais tout reçu et payer quatre fois moins cher que ce que me demande PCBway passez votre chemin et allez chez JL CPB. Tout simplement des escrocs !!!!

I had a recent project done with PCBWAY and the delivered PCBs had a defect. After contacting their agents I got a replacement for free!

commande de tentaliser Ps3, la description indique (assemblage des 5 pièces) (5 plaquettes de 6 pcb). plus de 60 balles pour l'assemblage et 50 jours plus tard je reçois 5 Pcb d'assemblés. il n'était pas question de 5 Pcb mais des 5 cartes selon leurs description (Mal foutue) Bref de la fausse pub bien chinoise ! à fuir

ho realizzato piu di 200 diverse applicazioni con Pcbway ,circuiti stampati professionali per ogni esigenza,mai un errore ,mai un difetto sono perfetti ed i prezzi imbattibili.
Per l assemblaggio effettivamente si perde troppo tempo nella ricerca dei componenti e la messa a punto del processo produttivo,non vale la pena .
Da qualche anno sto valutando anche le lavorazioni CNC e stampa 3D ,ampia scelta di materiali e finiture superficiali sempre al top.

My order included PCB manufacturing, BOM purchasing, assembly, gluing, stickers, conformal coating, and a process tag. Each step (gluing, stickers, conformal coating, process tag) was supposed to be initially confirmed on the first sample.

However, the process was extremely slow, did not meet the schedule, and in the end, they applied the conformal coating manually to the entire batch without prior confirmation.

It might be good for PCB manufacturing and assembly, but if you need control over the process, do not rely on PCBWay. It requires excessive messaging to get things done, and they often struggle to understand specific requirements. You’ll find yourself repeatedly asking the same questions, and if something is inconvenient for them, they may try to ignore it—forcing you to ask again and again.

Bottom line: I had a bad, disappointing and frustrating experience.

Ich habe bei diesem Anbieter Prototypen-Leiterplatten in Auftrag gegeben und bin rundum zufrieden. Bereits nach einem Tag war die Produktion abgeschlossen, und ich wurde fortlaufend per E-Mail über jeden Fertigungsschritt informiert.

Am Folgetag wurde die Ware via DHL Express versandt. Die Platinen kamen unbeschädigt und pünktlich an – genau wie angekündigt.

I have been cooperating with PCBWay for quite a long time and I can note an exceptionally positive experience both from the really high quality of PCB manufacturing and from the interaction with the company representatives. Individual approach to customer support is also an important advantage. Thanks to PCBWay support I have successfully realized four of my Open Hardware projects, receiving consultations at all necessary stages (special thanks to Liam).

I should also mention fast delivery - this was a key factor in choosing PCBWay. During the whole time of cooperation, I did not encounter any delays or any problems.

In addition, PCBWay provides a project-sharing platform where every user can share their projects. If someone orders to build a device based on your project, you will get bonuses on your account. These bonuses can be spent both on making PCBs and on items in the PCBWay internal store. This is a great opportunity to partially monetize your projects!
