Quality of the pcbs I've received is always second to none, always quickly and the engineering teams are very responsive when I have questions. They also do a lot of good working with students and hobbyists and really seem to actually care about open hardware and public instruction. The shared projects site makes it easy for hobbiests to offer a pathway to simply share what they Have made and take part in the profit structure in a way that seems fair.

I've been using PCBWay since my first job as HW designer three years ago. They are amazing not only for the price, but the experts they have in their team. they have made assemblies, PCBs with ENIG finish and a huge variety of thickness, colours and characteristics... They always deliver in time (DHL or Fedex, 1-2weeks from uploading the gerbers to your door). 100% recommended for any company or hobbyist in electronics.

spent 7 DAYS trying to get them to understand a simple single sided board design for 9 components, at first I figured ok, its a language barrier but after they didnt understand what TOP silk screen was or how to mirror a bottom copper layer I decided to give up.

to make it worse they wont refund me! they have offered a cash coupon instead...for what? For literally nothing!

I went to a competitor and within 1 hour they signed off my design no issues...

DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY!

I need a lot of custom fab and needed some special metal work done so I contacted PCBWAY, they did a great job, so I continue to use them. They have been fast, curtious, and eager to help. I live in the US and getting the boards here has happened really fast. Highly recommended.

Awful experience.
24 hour express service, push them 2-3 times a day because this really is urgent, 72 hours after placing the order I'm talking to online support for the 2nd time because my sales rep has not answered in 32 hours.
The last time they would immediately to go factory and get the order shipped but it didn't change.
This time at 8.45pm the answer I got was:
"it will be shipped in few hours"
clearly it will not at this time of night so I pressed the issue:
"It means that our logistic team will proceed to the shipping in few hours. for now there is no pick up service"

I get a clear feeling that they have no desire to help, only to keep pushing me off until the boards eventually ship.

This has to be stopped, there is a clear reason why we choose an express service, and to take money then continue in this way is close to criminal. I just hope that somebody reads this before using these cowboys.

I use them a lot and find their work fantastic. I have yet to find a problem due to manufacturing... I see a lot of people complaining about slow communication. THEY ARE IN CHINA AND WILL NOT GET TO YOUR MESSAGE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. The other thing I see complaints about is the tariff. WELL IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE TARIFF FOR YOUR COUNTRY. In my experience the cutoff is an $800 purchase before the 25% tariff to the US kicks in. If this is a problem then place multiple orders and pay an extra $25 on shipping.

I've been a customer of PCBWay for more than 2 years. I ordered several different products from them: different PCB designs in different shapes, colors and compositions, all of which came out perfect. I even tried their assembly service once and all the assembled circuit boards were perfect. They always put some small gifts in the package which I really like. The pens are handy. The production and shipping speed is extremely fast. I have never had issues with it. They use DHL which makes it very convenient for me to get my package. I recommend their services!

Paid for the express 24 hours service, but the PCBs took 5 days to be shipped. I'd go with another alternatives for a more reliable delivery schedule.

Not a good experience. Our first time ordering assembled PCBs. Not good if you are not experienced. Communication is not good for example, they did not advise of a 10% tolerance in the PCB thickness (which I see that a competitor does advise, within the quote system so that you realize up front). Another example is they did not advise of the 25% import tariff to the US. That was a huge amount for us - almost $1600 which we were not expecting to get a bill from Fedex for. Would have been very important to know up front. The project was a few weeks later than projected as well. Customer service is very un-caring; definitely a "if you don't like it, go somewhere else" attitude. Overall, not a good experience and we will try a competitor for our next order. I will update with more of a comparison after we have done so.

Je fais appelà leur service en double face et mc4. (40 ci différent) Je n ai aucun reproche à leur faire, le suivi est détaillé et les prix sont extrement bas.
Pour la partie cnc, deux expériences mais sur 6 rérérences. Il y a eu une erreur sur une piece dans lot et ils ont tout de suite proposé de refaire la pièce gratuitement.
Pour moi confiance totale.

... but not for professionals. It starts with the so called Instant Quote. It is not the real price that you get there. If you think it is nice price and go to order, the PCBWay service guys send you a new price which is 20-50% over the Instant Quote. And nobody can give you a cogent statement why. Take it or leave it!

The other issue is, you will never get an order confirmation from PCBWay. Only if the production started you can find out that surface or the copper thickness will be wrong, different from the data that you has sent. But if you complain now it does not matter, PCBWay do not care. They produce it with the wrong details and send you the wrong pcb, because you already paid for it in front.

I am waiting for a response ragarding an order I requested an offer for and nobody is answering. I entered the chat on their website and someone from the chat told me to email at "service27pcbwaycom". I did that, twice already and still no answer. Where are your sales represantatives? You appear to be more active on replying trustpilot negative feedback than on your website.

Their services are top notch, but communication with them is FRUSTATINGLY SLOW. It takes entire days or weeks to just clarify some custom details about a board such as dielectric material, or to clear up some details about BOM. While their prices and board fabrication/assembly services are extremely good, they seriously need, please for the love of god, to hire personal for their support team. I lost many deadlines on multiple projects because they take ages to just get an order approved

I am very pleased with the quality of the boards and the service provided. The turn key production is great! I recommend their service to anyone!

All my pcb from pcbway was perfect. Did around 10 orders, never had an issue. PCB was 2 sides board standard. Communication was good, price is fair and nothing to complain about them. I'll do other order in the future for sure.
