I just took insurance out for both my kittens.
I have been offered a welcome box for my kittens.

Very impressed with PDSA insurance. Our German Shepherd began bleeding from his penis. He was initially treated for an infection, which I claimed for and was reimbursed within a week. The problem continued and he was diagnosed with prostate cysts causing the bleeding. As it was a continuation of the initial illness he needed a scan and medication, all the cost of which was reimbursed directly to the vets so need for me to get receipts, lists of treatments or medication. Again, the vet's bill was approved within days so no hassle for me at all.

Very good insuring multiple pets

My claim was easy to do and it was all agreed and paid within days. After such a worrying time with my dog being so poorly it was a huge relief to have the claim settled so quickly. Thank you.

Very pleased with Pdsa insurance thus far. They paid out my first claim which was a relief and was easily done via the vet.

Started claiming for an ongoing condition with our greyhound and have to say very impressed!
I take a photo of my vet invoice and within 4 days the money is in my account!

My experience with PDSA is very good. I recently had a claim to submit and it didn’t take long for them to give me a response. I made a mistake with the premium so this delayed a bit the process but of course it was my fault! I will definitely stay with them

Great company to deal with. Payout very quickly. Just a shame you can’t increase the insurance policy.

I’ve never received my policy documents and I have emailed them a week ago with no response which doesn’t really leave me with much confidence

Good vets look after your pets

Just completed my insurance for our cat online and it was so easy and transparent. Will now look at moving our other cat over.

Quick and reasonably easy to use. Looks to be really good price for good comprehensive policy.

I will now do all I can to support the PDSA. I recently lost my old boy Alfie 16 years old cat they were so compassionate supportive and understanding they made the situation a lot less stressful for me and him. They really do care and as my circumstances have changed I can no longer afford the luxury of other insurance companies. I will get a better cover for much less for my remaining 2 cats. I trust them completely with my girls

Had to make a few claims all for the same thing over the course of a month, I’d never claimed before and honestly was nervous I wouldn’t get my money back after paying upfront, in total over 3 vet trips I spent roughly £500, the service from the insurance was easy to use and simple, I had my first pay out for the first 2 appointments in 10 days, my second claim was a continuous claim and I just submitted my invoice and was paid out again in around 2 weeks. They kept me informed the whole way through when they had contacted my vet when they’d received a response ect. My first time using insurance or claiming anything and it was so simple and stress free. To top it off my general monthly payments are not that much so thank you guys so much for helping us all take care of our animals
