I ordered a t-shirt in May this year and you can guess; no product received yet and it’s July 19, 2025.
Also no updates, nothing.
Please dont keep selling products when you have no idea what you are doing is my pray of the day.

Ordered a number of items which all had an expected delivery date of 7-10 business days.
It's now been 4 weeks and the order has still not shipped, with multiple emails telling me 1 more week, 1 more week.
Disappointed in the fact that the only recourse was a 20% discount coupon when the site offers a public one of 15%
Will not order from here again.

Fast service
They were prompt to answer my email and they figured out the issue I had, only downfall was they packed my package so fast they unfortunately couldn’t correct my sizing mix up. Not really a bad thing lol

It takes forever to receive your order
It takes forever to receive your order, they are starting to get snarky in their responses as well. My order was supposed to ship this week, so I asked for an update and they gave me the ‘as per our email…”, good product, just takes way too long to receive. There’s no way it takes 30 days to embroider a sweatshirt.

Ordered a product May 1st, was persuaded by customer service to keep my product in production and they would offer a discount due to delay. Still haven’t received product because of a “shortage” issue and now there’s no timeline of when product will be finished. Horrible experience.

Made an order 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. They stated they had an issue with production but still allowed people to buy their merch, honestly such a shame they don’t operate as Godly as one would hope. I don’t think I’ll even get my order.

Fab customer service
I placed an order and upon receiving my T-shirt it was far too big for me. I completed the return form and although it cost me £11 to return due to me being in the UK it was seamless. I hadn’t heard anything for a while following my order being dropped off so I contacted the customer service team. They were amazing I first spoke to Kimberley who was lovely and then Alicia who has offered me a 20% discount due to the delay in my return being processed!!

Outstanding Support
I am genuinely shocked to see poor reviews on this company. My experiences have always been fantastic. My orders ship and arrive quickly. I recently had an issue and the communication and resolution process was immediate and above and beyond what I could have expected. The clothes from here are always soft and comfortable. Be aware that when you order something
Be aware that when you order something, it will take several weeks before they even pack it. I placed an order on the 3rd of april and still not shipped. For sure they make nice clothes, but unfortunately I will never buy from them again since they are not able to offer a good customer service.

LONG shipping times and delays
Be aware that Peace Collective, while having cool looking clothes, will take a LONG time to ship and will not adhere to their shipping timelines on their website. I placed an order March 31st with an ON DEMAND product. 7-12 days to ship. No prob. When day 12 went by I wondered if there would be an issue. Reached out and they offered a generic response that they are “a bit behind”. No further details. It’s been a frustrating experience since they have my money and I am still waiting for answers. My email has been bombarded with promotional emails from them in these few weeks since I’ve ordered. Not a great feeling when you’re patiently waiting for your item and the company is trying to sell you more.

Have to admit there was a long wait for my item to arrive, to point where I was losing a little hope, however the team at PC were always responsive. Have to say though, when my T arrived it is amazing. So happy I sized down too. Its perfect. Which is leading me to order again. I know i'll be happy.

Long Wait Time, Poor Customer Service
Ordered a simple t-shirt and it took a month for them to send it to me. The t-shirt itself was nothing special, just a grey shirt with a picture on it.
Had to email back and forth with a representative to get status updates. Also had to come up with my own solution for the inconvenience, which was a partial refund.
Overall, a terrible customer experience with a ludicrous wait time.
