This is the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are scammers plain and simple. They are the most un-Canadian company to ever exist. They rely on scamming customers out of their money months before their orders to buy more collabs and buy more clout in order to get more people buying their fake clothes that they don’t even EVER have in stock. Almost nothing on this website actually exists and even though it is advertised as “in stock” and will “ship in 4-5 business days” they DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE ITEMS IN STOCK and will take 2+ months to “make the item” before shipping to you, which is mentioned absolutely NOWHERE on the site. The customer service department is nonexistent or just AI robots, they will send you generic answers or tell you lies about how your order will ship tomorrow or next week and they can’t cancel it or to not cancel it as it will “for sure come for Christmas”. I ordered my sweater in November and there’s been absolutely 0 update or movement on it being made or shipped. I’m being ignored by customer service. I’m being lied to when they do answer. And now they’ve completely busted my Christmas gifts for multiple people. The only compensation offered for being so late before they started completely ignoring me was a poorly AI made/generated Christmas card… For a gift that is going to be late for Christmas… I am not sure if this company is completely useless, ignorant, poorly run, has terrible management/ownership, and has extremely horrible supply chain and order fulfillment issues. Or if they are doing this on purpose and are just nefarious scammers. Because honestly the ignorance is so astounding that it has to be on purpose. I wish someone would actually sue this company and just take it down and out once and for all. They truly don’t deserve to exist.

I ordered a Christmas gift from Peace Collective on November 21st. The confirmation email stated the item would ship the week of November 30th, which never happened. I reached out to customer service asking if the order would ship soon and whether it would arrive before Christmas. I also requested a full refund if it wouldn’t, so I could purchase a replacement gift elsewhere. I received no response.

About a week later, instead of answering my email, they sent an update saying the item would now ship between December 8th–12th. Once again, this never happened. I emailed them again asking if I would receive the item in time and requested a refund if not. Still no response.

At this point, I called both store locations, which took time and effort just to get through. The person I spoke to said he couldn’t help much and would simply “flag” my request for customer service. I followed up with two more emails explaining the situation and requesting a refund, and I still haven’t received any reply.

This company is absolutely horrible. The lack of customer service and communication is unacceptable. They provide shipping timelines they clearly don’t follow, ignore customer emails, and offer no real support when issues arise. Considering the item I purchased was not cheap, this level of service is incredibly disappointing.

I would never recommend Peace Collective to anyone. I will never purchase from them again, and at this point I would just like a response and my money back.

I've been buying Peace Collective clothing for many years and my wife & I wear quite a bit of their clothes. After my last purchase I'll never shop there again.
Ordered two items for Christmas gifts in November. Wanted to ensure there was plenty of time for delivery, even with the time given to make one of the shirts.
Delivery time comes and goes with no word from the company. I email last week asking for an update and get this blanket email saying they need 5 days to respond to all email inquiries. So I wait. Still nothing. I try calling the number on their website but no answer (not even sure if this goes to a plugged in phone).
A couple of days ago I get a separate email claiming there is a delay with one of the items still, despite already being well past their own projected time, and it may not be ready until December 21st. I reply and say this is not acceptable, they should have notified me about the delay over a week ago when it was supposed to ship, and to please send the one item that has been ready ASAP so at least that gift had a chance of arriving.
Nothing. No response, no options to help. Just "hey fam, hope you're doing well. Sorry it's delayed but deal with it".
This is the last order I'll ever put through this company.

Ich würde gerne gar keinen Stern geben, da mein Produkt seit fast einem Jahr noch nicht angekommen ist. Sie sind zwar gut erreichbar und antworten freundlich auf Email, allerdings ändert sich nichts. Mittlerweile behaupten sie, dass sie das Geld nicht zurückgeben können. Und die Sendung ist immer noch nicht da.

Website says the items will ship within 10-15 days, but after over a month, still no updates. When you ask them to cancel the order you get a generic email saying they only cancel orders within a 24 hour period. They take 5 days to reply to your email…

Horrible experience. I’ve been waiting for over two months on a sweatshirt. Durring this time I reached out to customer service about a dozen times and didn’t hear anything until I filed a chargeback with my bank. The rep then tried to trick me into closing my chargeback so that they could process my order. Scummy business. Don’t order from here

Ordered items in July - still have not received, no refund received, same generic email every time I try and chase. Beyond disappointed, especially for what this brand "represents." Avoid.

Worst experience! I ordered a tee 7 weeks ago. I’ve tried contacting them to get a refund because at this point the tee is no longer needed. The response is an auto response and it’s impossible to get through to a human to deal with an issue. $77 for a tee is obscene to begin with but based on the cause we were all in to support them….just a response for a 13 year old who used her own money would be nice. Definitely do not recommend or proceed with caution that you’ll be treated poorly!

They have high quality stuff but I have been waiting a month for my shirt and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve contacted customer service throughout this period and they’ve responded once. They were rude and told me that had no update on my order. Unreal.

Do not order from Peace Collective- Terrible customer service and still yet to receive product which i paid for in full. I placed my order in the beginning of October.

Still no updates, no refunds, and no items shipped to my home.. GOOD luck getting someone to connect with you.

Quite frankly baffled with the business model and customer service offered by this company. I ordered a tee shirt with the Dolphins/Commanders Superbowl 7 print ahead of the Dolphins/Commanders game in Madrid - this was ordered on the 22nd October and the order confirmation came with the note
"Super Bowl VII: Miami Dolphins vs Washington Redskins Garment Dyed Heavyweight T-Shirt - Black
89.66
note: ship in 10-15 days"
To this date the item still hasn't been shipped. After I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago they said the item was delayed and that there was no longer a shipping date, yet the order said "ship in 10-15 days" and the email stated "scheduled to ship the week of November 3rd". It is now November the 22nd, I emailed the customer service again a few days ago and had no response.
They claim this is because of their "on demand" service, yet they offer fake shipping dates and delivery promises that lead to their TrustPilot being littered with awful reviews. On top of this their customer service is slow and seems to be a copy/paste response.
I'd like to think they're far more successful in the US, or how are they even operating as a business with AJB supposedly boasting a line in their store?! But then that wouldn't explain the diabolical TP rating....

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my item! Oct 12 and Nov 21 and no order no update completely ignored emails. It’s their black Friday sale and I want to buy so many things but wouldn’t dare … I don’t know if I should wait a little longer or just do a charge back this is totally unacceptable and almost seems a bit shady for a brand that pride themselves on service and quality.

I wish i saw all these horrible review first. I bought my clothing on September 27th, 2025. I only got one update saying they are getting this order complete on October 22, 2025. It is currently Nov 17, 2025 with no update nor email response (emailed them multiple times after Oct 22)

I have been in communication with Peace Collective. The reason for such a massive delay in orders the past couple months was due, the Blue Jays playoff run came unexpected and it backed the company up a bit but they are back to normal now.

I guess they need to clear the orders on back log. **

Here are the reasons why I'm not giving this experience a 1 star.

1. The quality of the clothing I have received so far is excellent. Comfy, well stitched. The logos and print are top notch.
2. I believe in what the company stands for and the concept behind raising $1 million dollars for mental health research.

What doesn't sit well with me is how they manage their company after the customer clicks pay. That's when it goes downhill.

1. It's not okay that you make your customer wait and wait for a tracking number. With my situation I only received my tracking number when I called the brick and mortar store in the Distillery District. The employee was very helpful and it sounded like this wasn't the first time they received a call like mine. I got a tracking number for 1 of 2 shipments. I am STILL WAITING for my second shipment. I believe that had I not called, I would be still waiting.
2. Don't you want your customers to write the opposite of these reviews. It sucks how hard customers have to work to get an answer about our order.
3. When anyone in this economy spends over $100 we expect to be given great customer service. No one wants to climb a metaphorical mountain to recieve a tracking number.
4. What will stop me from being a customer? The silence. How do you run a company with official NBA, NHL, MLB etc. merchandise and not have proper customer service? Scratch that, regardless of what your selling, I paid for my order and my expectation is you provide me with the information I paid for.

Peace Collective you have a good thing going, but, please, get your act together, because I want to remain a customer of a Canadian company.

Ordered on November 2nd. With a note on the product page saying "shipping on November 8".
It is now November 16 with no update or communication from the company. Emailed customer service on November 12. I wish I read all these reviews before placing an order. Every single one seems to be bang on. Lack of customer service available to customer through order tracking and email. I thought I was doing something good. Supporting a Canadian company that supports local communities through charity. This has got to be a scam. I will be disputing the charges through my bank.

Order placed 24OCT, expected to ship 31OCT and still hasn’t shipped. Sent two follow ups with no reply. In the meantime, the was payment processed same day. DO NOT DO IT!!

No one is getting back to me, they have left my order unfulfilled since October 19, charged me in full, and have not responded to my requests for help. Previously had no problems with this company, wondering if it has changed hands.

No response, totally ignored, comment deleted on social media post! Ordered FIFA World Cup shirt in August, received it in November, stolen! They absolutely do not care to resolve any issues you might have, and will ignore you despite whatever you do. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

If I could rate this lower than one star I would.

I ordered off this website on October 20th. It is now November 14th and I have still had no update as to where my parcel is. I connected with “Kimberly” via the chat on their help page who assured me it would be sent out and here I am still waiting. I showed my partner some items on here that I myself was interested in and have since told him not to bother due to the incompetence of this company.

If they were backed up with orders, or struggling, reaching out to those who have ordered to let us know that it would be a bit delayed, would have been enough. But instead they chose to stay quiet, continue posting on their socials, and physically deleting comments of those who have spent money on their website then asked where their products are.

This company is an absolute disgrace and should not be trusted. I will be seeking legal advice now due to the lack of communication and services and will be ensuring a refund comes my way.

I wanted to provide an update on my nightmare of an experience with this company. As soon as I wrote a complaint, they were able to offer me faster shipping on one of my orders. The order arrived with only 1/2 items and it said it was the whole order. I reached out to customer service and have not received any information about the missing item. For my other order, they offered me a $30 credit if I would keep the order in their queue and accept another month long delay in production. I declined, have asked to return the first incomplete order, and be cancel/be refunded for the 2nd. Let me sum everything up here:

Their lack of transparency is frightening and their even larger lack of communication is the biggest reason to avoid this company. You should know that they don’t have a customer support phone number because they like to hide behind their emails.
