However, we were disappointed with how a post-completion issue regarding the condition of the property was handled, as it was not resolved satisfactorily.

I had an issue with a leak that we couldn’t locate where the damage was coming from. She took it upon herself to resolve which was not straight forward because the property was being damaged by a commercial building. I cannot recommend Emilia enough and if you want your property look after by her I would definitely highly recommend.
