Joanna, our property manager, has been incredibly helpful with any issues we’ve had in our apartment. She responds to emails quickly, stays on top of things, and always does her best to assist. Her professionalism and reliability are truly appreciable.

Outstanding! Sean Herdman-Low of Penny and Sinclair in Summertown Oxford has been an outstanding agent. In the estate agents' world, one does not often come across someone of integrity and decency, but Sean is one of those rare gems. Added to that, he is extremely efficient, hard-working and keeps focussed on the prize, i.e. the sale of the property. Sean helped us sell a difficult flat in difficult circumstances, with the minimum of fuss. His communication is excellent and he is a pleasure to deal with. I lived in an apartment managed by Penny&Sinclair for three years, and the service was outstanding throughout. Their apartments are top-notch truly some of the best properties in Oxford. Rebecca was my first contact and she was amazing. Cindy then took over, followed by Jo, who was fantastic as well. Even when I had to involve TDS for my deposit, Jo responded promptly, checked on my wellbeing, and guided me through the process. She explained things I didn’t understand and continued to support me even after the resolution. Jo also helped me organize when I mistakenly sent parcels to my old address and assisted with references whenever needed. I would absolutely use Penny Sinclair again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We chose Penny Sinclair (Summertown, Oxford) from a selection of three local estate agents. Our sale and subsequent purchase was handled very swiftly and efficiently. We found their staff very proactive, friendly and easy to contact. Though not something that is entirely within their control, they worked hard to negotiate completion before the end of the school summer holidays, for which we were very grateful. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

We've been rental tenants with Penny and Sinclair for several years and Joanne, our property manager, has always been excellent. If we've ever needed to report a problem, she responds promptly and works with our overseas landlord to get things fixed. Having had my fair share of rental horror stories, it's lovely to be with an agency that genuinely cares about it's tennants and it's landlords.

This is the third year Penny & Sinclair has arranged my accommodations in Oxford--every year has been a home run! The staff members are superb and make the experience seamless. I have worked with Lillimai Patrick the last two years--she is superstar! I'm already planning for next summer and will once again seek accommodations from Penny & Sinclair!

Penny & Sinclair were advertising a property we really liked, but to be able to proceed we needed to sell our own house. We contacted Sean and explained the situation and the difference we would need between our sale and the purchase price, and left him to it! Within a few days, our front door was red hot with viewings and in a matter of weeks, Sean contacted us to say he had found us a buyer and had our offer accepted on the new house, it really was that easy and we're moving next week!
