Jo is always incredibly helpful, professional, and approachable. Whenever I’ve had a question or issue, Jo has responded to my emails straight away, which really makes a difference.

Just exchanged contracts on buying a property. When you are buying you get no say over the estate agent as the seller chooses. But luckily in this case Sean from Penny and Sinclair was very pro- active in liaising with the sellers and the lawyers involved. He kept me informed on where we were at in the process and worked hard to get us to the point of exchange.

Joe Worsall was 'with us all the way' in organising and completing the sale of our house and purchase of the next. His guidance and knowledge and professional expertise made the whole process easier! From start to finish (less than 6 months) we were always impressed by him and his colleagues at Penny & Sinclair. No questions were left unanswered. I have nothing but praise for Penny and Sinclair and they are definitely the best estate agents I have ever used. From the first moment I met the Associate Director for an appraisal of my flat, he was professional and very knowledgeable. Once I appointed Penny and Sinclair to act in my sale they kept me informed throughout; at first showing viewings round for me and then, once I had a sale they let me know what was going on; answering email queries from me promptly and liaising between solicitors and the buyer when necessary.
