We rented two short-let properties from Penny & Sinclair (St Clements) and were incredibly impressed with the team; especially, Lillimai Patrick who was always unfailingly polite, efficient and engaging, answered all our queries promptly, and went the extra mile to ensure that our four-month stay in Oxford ran smoothly.
The team is headed by the wonderful Lisa Godwin, who was so kind during a power outage in the street and stayed in contact late into the evening to ensure that all was okay. A truly exceptional organization that definitely warrants FIVE STARS!

Joe Worsell is a great guy, enthusiastic about selling properties and always answered messages promptly. When he was on holiday, Penny & Sinclair has someone to pick up his emails and answered proptly too.

Over the Christmas holiday, we spent 12 fabulous days in Oxford! Not only did we love the three-bedroom flat we leased, but it was also a joy to work with Penny & Sinclair, who provided excellent customer service and managed the booking with expertise. Whenever I had a question, they promptly responded and solved any problems we had, which were minor, because the flat was in fantastic condition. Some management companies find dealing with actual customers a hassle, but everyone at Penny & Sinclair always responded to me in a helpful and friendly manner! I would definitely let a short-term flat through them in the future. In fact, my family and I are already discussing a return to Oxford in 2025, and undoubtedly, we would choose the same flat again!

I’ve recently chosen Penny & Sinclair to help me find tenants for my house in Oxford and manage the tenancy. I was impressed with Nicola’s excellent communications, knowledge, expertise, efficiency and professionalism. Soon I realised that the P&S team shared with her these qualities, which made working with them all seamless and pleasant. The team was super helpful in organising my stay for 4 weeks in Oxford. I was really happy with their level of professionalism and quick responses, also during my stay when there were small issues with the apartment. I couldn't recommend them more highly, they really made the whole process easy and stress-free. The linen changes were a nice little touch that was appreciated. For over four months, while staying in different flats in different parts of Oxford, I received nothing but first-class service from Amber and the short let team at Penny & Sinclair. Amber also provided invaluable assistance in lining up suitable flats for me in the months before my arrival from the United States. This a review of Nafeesa Ahmed, who manages my rental flat at Penny and Sinclair (I am the renter, not the owner). There were many problems with the flat when I moved in, all of which predated Nafeesa's joining the company. These have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. I am *very* impressed with her dedication and commitment to providing excellent service. Having rented flats many places in the US AND UK, I can say that Nafeesa Ahmed is the best property manager I have ever worked with.
