Avoid at all Costs
Avoid at all costs. They will take your money and once done will simply ignore any emails you send. They'll change cancellation notice between contracts without notifying you, plus not inform you know some terms have changed from the previous year's contract.
When you do cancel, they'll just ignore your emails, much like they do as standard practice once they have your business..... And that's to any PeopleSafe email address. You'll end up having to call and chase them.
I full y expect some bone reply to this review where they'll say how disappointed they are with my experience and to get in touch..... but I fully expect they'll just ignore that to if I did.

Started off well but times have changed
Positive: range of products.
Negatives: We were a long term customer of Peoplesafe. As an NHS trust, we consistently had issues with ID and fall detection devices. Pricing was a major headache and overall was poorly handled by sales, notably the Head of Sales.
Started off well but the combination of pricing headaches, poor customer handling and increased pricing lead us to a better alternative. We also fed this back to other NHS trust members who experienced similar issues. They are not suitable anymore for our field.

Peoplesafe are a bunch of crooks
Peoplesafe are a bunch of crooks. Avoid at all costs. Use a different company. Each month they will overcharge you for ID holders and delivery charges for the holders. I have been arguing with them for years. They will not send a copy of their complaints procedure. We have moved to a different company.
