As I had a bit of trouble doing payment on line I was sent a phone number to call. I spoke to Graeme and he was very helpful. The watch arrived next day and it's easy to use. Gives me peace of mind when I pop out and leave my husband.

I do believe when an elderly person is…
I do believe when an elderly person is investing a monthly subscription to the company, a visit to that person's house instead of doing an online introduction is not acceptable.
We also had a date and time for our call and the agent had forgotten. I had taken time out of work to be there with my mother

I had a query about the PanPan app function. This was dealt with quickly. The service so far has been excellent and inspires confidence.
