The ease of setting up the alarm as we were talked through it and the instructions are clear and easy to follow . From ordering to setting the alarm up all of our dealings were excellent and very helpful.

Fantastic system with friendly and professional staff.
So pleased to recommend Radius Connect24. It has given my mother so much peace of mind when alone and the staff were really friendly and professional when testing that my mother is reassured if she ever needs help.

Very easy to set up and use
Simply ordered on line and the system was delivered on time.Easy to set up and carry out a test call.No yearly contracts like other companies having to pay up front.Peace of mind for my mum to know there's help if needed by pressing the fob on her wrist.

Very easy to set up
Very easy to set up, When testing to make sure it is connected correctly call is answered promptly and staff are friendly. Puts my dad at ease having the wrist band as he can call for help if he falls again.

No fuss fall detection device
Very user friendly device. Good instructions to set up and easy for older non technically minded people. Very loud device, good for people that are hard of hearing. Can be heard from any room in the house. Quick answer when tested. Good device all around so would recommend for someone who needs this type of equipment in the home
