Congratulations. Perkbox scammed me, or rather wasn't very honest by having a seller with a similar name, yet ofcourse, as usual my state can't redeem it because it isn't them.

Now the other issues prior -
The first issue was I was double charged for an item over christmas because I never received a confirmation, just turned up and money taken from the bank.. twice. Perkbox ignored my issue and stated it wasn't their problem but the seller.

The next issue was a fuel voucher by ampol that was only redeemable at ''EG'' stations..which meant i had to go to a non-local one, after I was told by ampol it is EG only. You can't think of any other name to call your fuel stations?

The last and final straw was a movie voucher for my state that has a similar name, palace nova. Palace cinemas doesn't even operate in my region. im expected to know that its not palace nova. Again same issue as above.

But congratulations, they responded with an AI denied any refund or compensation such as reimbursement for their platform. Well congrats, however much commisions youve earnt that Ive spent so far

My company signed up for this site! Money was paid into perkbox but we are unable to log in. My staff was hoping to use the money over Christmas. Would not recommend this site at all very disappointing.

Absolute junk. Unfortunately couldn't select a milder or softer word as that is the feeling you get after using this app. As per their own notification they are facing some technical issues, for several weeks now, customer service is non existent, sending auto generated copy pasted responses. You are not able to redeem anything, and surprisingly you can only purchase with your own money on the platform, just that you cannot redeem anything ? what is this ? like a joke ? How can you run such an app and how can any responsible organization trust you for their benefits and rewards program going forward ? absolute shocking

Perkbix were incredible at sorting my issue. I had left the company I signed up with, but had outstanding vouchers to spend. The issue was sorted swiftly and efficiently. Delighted

There was an error with my voucher which meant I didn't receive it but payment was still taken. Maya dealt with this quickly and I was refunded.

I had an issue with one of the perks I had purchased and it was addressed promptly. They team and Mayra pushed to get my refund with the vendor which to me they could have said no given the terms and conditions. Overall very pleased with the service I received.

I’ve spent over a month trying to get a quote, sent emails, and registered on their website, yet got no response at all. If getting a personalised quote is this much trouble, they should just publish their prices instead of keeping them secret.

UPDATE 12/12/25

After leaving my original review, Trustpilot reached out asking for more details because PerkBox claimed they could not identify the client in the review. I do not have a reference number or any way to provide additional verification because the company never responded to any of my emails or messages. I was completely ignored, and they never acknowledged my attempts to contact them.

The review reflects my experience: I tried to reach out multiple times and received no reply. I am updating this only to note that the company’s request for more information is not possible to fulfill, given that they did not engage with me at all.

A big thank you to Lauren for her perseverance in getting a refund. I was not sure of the outcome but I would like to commend Lauren for her professionalism with dealing with my issue. She is truly an asset to Perkbox. Thanks

Unfortunately its hard to review perkbox as I cant even get to buy it. Iv now requested a demo maybe 10 times with no joy, Iv messed on insta, Iv tried the chatbot which will only point you to booking a demo (that doesnt seem to do anything) .. Its great that they are so busy they dont need to now worry about selling but also super annoying...

Katie was really helpful in solving an issue with the platform payments. Did it within less than 1 hour of the request.

Perkbox displays points with a specific expiry date, but what they don’t make clear is that the points actually disappear before the date even begins. My points were shown as expiring on 21/10/2025, so I was waiting until the last day to see if a specific offer returned — and if not, I would redeem them for something else. Instead, the points vanished around midnight on 20/10/2025.

This is completely misleading. If a date is shown, users should reasonably expect the points to remain valid until 23:59 on that date.

When I contacted customer support, they simply said this is how their system works, refused any goodwill gesture, and what’s even worse — they are not willing to correct even a single wording on their website to warn users. They are fully aware that this phrasing causes people to lose points, yet they prefer to leave it unchanged.

The whole experience feels unclear, unfair, and designed in a way that misleads users.

I have received it through my company. I was looking forward to getting some discounted lessons, but the code doesnt work, it does not exist as far as vendor claims
