Having previously ordered two robes for myself I have now ordered a complete set for my son and family, purchasing a further 6 robes. Well pleased with my initial purchase and service so am looking forward to another 1st class service.

Great company. I received an email from owner to say the colour I ordered was out of stock. Gave me options. I said I’d wait to receive with the other one I had ordered. Low and behold he fulfilled my order as soon as the colour I wanted arrived. Honest, reliable totally lovely guy

2 robes ordered at the end of May and not arrived. Emailed, phoned and messaged. So disappointing just hope i get my money back now.

Update. The robes have finally arrived this afternoon. I am happy to support uk based businesses. PETH need to tighten up with their communication to enable a better customer experience. I do with PETH well and hooe the business flourishes

Made an order when they had a good deal on. This meant there was a delay in my order being sent, but this was communicated really well by the company. There was also a delay in the postage, but again, communication from them was great when I contacted them and my order arrived less that 24 hours later. Product is great, so many pockets! Would buy from here again in the future. Just leave plenty of time for processing and delivery.

Fabulous products that are reasonably priced and above all - British. Jordan the owner is a one man band and has a fabulous work ethic and awesome customer service. Would 100% recommend purchasing from him.

I’ve been a fan of these robes for many years but unfortunately I’ve had a really bad experience with the company. Over 2 months ago I ordered 2 robes. One of them had serious quality issues and the embroidered name was really poor. I got in touch via instagram and got a pretty quick response apologising and offering a replacement…and then communication gradually just stopped altogether, despite me semi-regularly sending messages requesting for an update. I was happy for a replacement but now enough time has passed that I just want my money back and to stop my messages being completely ghosted while they brag on Instagram stories about how many new robes are being sent that day.

Towel robe seems reasonable if not extrodinary quality when finally arrived, but poor communication during bad delays (nearly a month to arrive). Also was neither the plus sized I requested or personalised as discussed. Accepting what I have as I don't expect any success from complaints given above issues, usable but will struggle to fully change in without plus sized, won't shop again wouldn't recommend.

Brought two robes. Brilliant service and comms and the robes are gorgeous. Great fit, good length sleeves and the zip pockets at side and front are really useful. Love ours

I ordered these robes after I kept seeing them pop up at a special price,I really liked the idea that these were made from recycled plastic so thought I'd at least give them a go, I wasn't to sure how soft or absorbent that would enable them to be but i wanted to try.
These were very much trial and error for me but after wearing these robes a good few times now i feel i can leave a honest and true review,they are incredibly lightweight,so very soft,absorbent and warm but also breathable,similar to a relaxation moment,like a comfort hug,like dressing down after a hard day,they do not stick to damp skin,neither do they ride forward or backwards on the neck leaving you feel strangled,this is even though they are wide enough to cover you comfortably and maintain your modesty while getting changed inside,if you wear them home after a swim then you must note that despite them being oversized they do not ride or blow around to the insides of your knees even when walking along with a severe limp this is great and a pleasant change from others I have tried,with these robes there is no need to carry a hand towel too for your hair as the hood is the same perfect material with the fantastic absorbancy.they dry your body quickly and dry themselves on the line nicely.no time at all the quality is great,the softness is surprising and the customer service with questions and responses are 2nd to none.postage was also quick,personalisation perfect with tidy stitches
I cannot fault anything about these items or the company that makes them.
Peth I will revisit you again just as soon as you revisit patterned style's for children again.

I bought four Pethstore robes, three for friends. The robes are well made and roomy and the colours are great. I think this is such a good robe I am trying to think of who else I can gift them to. Well done Jordan on such a good use of recycled plastic.

Perfect beach robe that I’ve also been using as a bath robe this winter. Been looking for one for some time and saw these. Love the pockets. Great to use out of the shower. Can’t wait to use it on my next beach holiday.

Bought two robes and am delighted with them. I’ve had a towering one before and was anxious these might feel synthetic and not dry - just not true. They are soft, easy to wear and dry you well + quicker to dry afterwards. Size is great - very generous even for someone large.
I thoroughly recommend these (pockets are great too). They’re great for presents too with a range of colours. Would be great for older people or those with mobility issues - so much easier than towels.

Delivery of both my robe and towels were good and within the time limits given. I love the robe for getting dry, it is so cosy and makes changing discreet. Both the towels and the robe get you dry quickly and are easy to pack away. We're currently using the towels in Croatia. They look great and the personal touch is nice. Thanks.

Being able to personalise the towel robes are amazing really made my friends and I excited to use them, been used and washed around multiple times and we absolutely adore them. Order was confirmed, made ready (embroidered with our respective names)and despatched super quickly. Received very swiftly and well packaged. Ordered 19th delivered 22nd April!Products are great quality, seams well stitched and finished.pockets are brilliant for carrying stuff to showers on the campsites, robes dry you very quickly so no towels required they robes dry v quickly as well. Not been on beach yet.all in all I am extremely happy with my purchases and so is my partner.

Great customer service. One of the colours I ordered was out of stock I was contacted within 24 hours and offered other colours. But wanted to wait was still delivered within a week. Great item for beach, swimming pool or after a shower 😊😊

I have now bought 5 robes and 6 towels, great for presents and I used my every day traveling for 5 weeks in NZ walking to showers, after swimming, early morning loo trips from motorhome! I now have friends buying them and I'm about to buy couple more! Great service and I'm so happy to be supporting a young person stating a new business - 5 stars all round!
