They read their emails
I am not sure why my last two orders had the same error, but getting the issue corrected was as simple as a very short email, a screenshot, and a picture. Pets Are Kids responded within the hour and promised a correction immediately (and some research to find why the error came up a second time). Great to have such rapid service and someone that actually reads the emails that they get and responds with a sensible, intelligent message that shows they actually read what I wrote. I wish all pet product firms were like that.

I had to request a refund due to mistakes on my end, and they were so easy to work with and asked a ton of questions about my dogs well being and health.
