16 days and still no medication.

On placing my order as a guest with Apple Pay I realised that the delivery address was wrong.I contacted them straight away.I was not sent a confirmation or invoice They could not find my details of my order and so slow to respond to emails..They could not provide tracking for the parcel. Luckily the parcel was found.It was very frustrating.

Great company, very competitive and great customer service.

I am a existing customer and never encountered any issues before. On this occasion I had issues with my parcel, I raised this with the managerial team and I was very impressed with the customer service I was provided with. They resolved it promptly and il happily recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you

Fantastic company. I recently completed a survey for them asking about which is more important cost or speed of delivery. Frankly they are head and shoulders above everyone else on both counts, I can’t think how they are going to improve!

Customer service was very helpful when DPD lost my parcel yet again.

Having used petsdrug online successfully over many years I once again placed an order for early renal food for my dog a week ago.Rang them today to get an update as to where the order was to be told there was a major problem in the warehouse. I had been told by the first rep that the order is likely to be dispatched over the weekend but while she was away the call got cut off. I rang back spoke to someone else who said it'll be mid next week before order dispatched. when challenged i was offered pets at home as a stockist but i know it needs to be online order and a few days before it is in store. I got several "theres nothing I can do" answers from the rep. Well here's the thing, I CANNOT go to a shop and get the food as its a special diet, my vet doesn't stock the food so what on earth am I supposed to feed my dog until I get a different supplier? I had ordered in plenty of time so your 3-5 day argument isn't valid. As I said to the rep, had your company bothered to email me to let me know about the problems I would have cancelled the order in plenty of time and re ordered elsewhere. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and I'm hoping for a prompt full refund. My dog thanks you in advance for his rumbly stomach and lack of suitable food.

5* I have used this Company for years and do not know where I would have been without them. My poor dog was diagnosed with stomach issues and cancer. They have always been the cheapest company on the market, thankfully as being a single parent without dog insurance I struggled with finances, they helped dramatically. The staff are friendly, helpful and a asset to the Company. I cannot thank them enough. X

Used this site to purchase a dog flea collar.
Offered a 10% off new customer promotional offer which was welcomed. Competitively priced products, postage would of been free, but I upgraded to a faster delivery. Within 48 hours of order being placed the item has arrived.
Really impressed with the turnaround time. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a box of Purina Fortiflora.

It never arrived, the company know that it’s been returned to them by Royal Mail but are refusing a refund.

I wasn’t left a card by Royal Mail so I had no idea they had tried to deliver it.

Awful company to deal with as they absolutely know I dont have the item.

The prescription drugs I ordered arrived but took longer than one expects these days. It took 7 days, 5 working days for them to arrive.
So make sure you order in plenty of time, before you run out. Luckily, I did.

Previously used Animed with no issues at all but stupidly decided to try this sham of an organisation.

I ordered the medication for my dog to cover the next 12 months, however 1 of the products had a short useby date which meant it would be no good. I decided to reduce the number I needed for 1 of the scripts with a view to fulfilling the rest of the prescription in a couple of months time. ( prescriptions valid for 6 months from date sent via vet) I didnt think this was going to be a problem until I received an email a few days later saying that one of the scripts was no good and it was rejected and something about using the script once.

The prescriptions were sent to me via email via the vet and I forwarded these to Petsdrungsonline so you could see the dates they were done and sent. Unfortunately on one of the scripts the vet had put 2021. I got in touch with the vet who said it was her error but it was obvious what had happened and if they were not going to use common sense it would have been easier for them to just call her. New scripts were sent out and I sent them straight to petsdrugsonline advising this was an upto date script and asked 2 questions 1) had the order been processed? 2) if you can only send me stock that will be out of date can I use the script for part order and when in stock use the same script for the rest. I Advised I would like the order not to be put through if I couldnt use the script for full order or cancel it as I wasn’t prepared to pay for another script just because they havent got fresh products. I didnt get a reply for a few days but when I did it just said thank you we are processing your order, no answer to my questions, I replied and am still wating for a response. I ended up calling but was stick in a long queue so kept giving up, eventually I got through today. Lady was rude uninterested and just said i can only use the script once even though they could not fulfil the order. Ridiculous.

I cancelled order called Animed and they said no problem they will send half of each script and 6 months later do the other half. Very simple process, polite staff who actually cared.

Think you need to change your telephone message you have on loop PETSDRUGSONLINE MOSt TRUSTED RUN BY VETS!!!!!……… I dont agree and looking at other reviews I am not on my own

I ordered a dog food and straight away I noticed that I got a wrong one so I wanted to cancel and order the correct one.
Their website doesn't give us a chance to change or cancel the order.
I sent a message through their website but no response and I received the wrong order in two days time!!
I spoke to one of customer service person and she just said that they don't check messages on weekend!!? They dispatch order on weekend but they don't check messages???

They do not give us chances to cancel order when mistake happens.

It is scam!!

Having found Petsdrugs on line I would not use any other company and will always recommend them. My dog Honey is both diabetic and blind and it has all been made easier for us with this excellent company.

We have always had really excellent service from Pet Drugs on Line. Their prices are good and they despatch really quickly. Yesterday we needed to talk to customer services about an issue (ours not theirs!) and the person we spoke to was fantastic - really helpful, friendly and efficient. I really recommend this company.

I would have agreed with all the 5* reviews until my latest experience. I have ordered food and medication many times before and they have always arrived well packed with bubble wrap and paper packing. I have been very happy but this final time I ordered 2 slabs of dog food, 12 cans to a slab, and when they arrived in an overlarge box, there was no packing materials at all, just the two slabs banging about in this box. Out of the 24 tins 19 were badly damaged. I wrote to customer services expecting an apology for the inconvenience but instead relieved a reply saying that 'minor' damage could be expected.
I had sent photos which showed tins folded, compressed and badly compromised so responded that this damage was not minor!
I eventually after more emails received a refund and 12 of the tins were collected from me, but not replaced. I was told that they would not send replacement as the same thing was likely to happen again and they would prefer it if I bought from my vet in future.
Their customer services let them Down. Rather than address a problem in their packing department on this single occasion, they declined to supply me in future.

An excellent company, everything I have ordered always comes promptly whether pet drugs or food.. Best service..pet drugs

Excellent service. I ordered Friday morning and received my dogs medication the next day. Even with the £10 price of the prescription the medication was less than 50% of the vets price.
Brilliant super fast service. I'll definitely use pets drugs online again.

Excellent company.
I used them for my cat’s insulin and they saved me a lot of money compared to the vets.
Their customer service was fantastic when I had some questions and they answered very promptly. Delivery was very quick and the insulin had been packed very well.
Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to other people.
