Having been impressed with a Halti dog lead I purchased on holiday to replace a broken leather item, I was keen to buy a matching Halti collar. Having explained that this was urgent, given the damage on the one we had, Mike expedited the replacement, which I am delighted with. As I walk my collie in all weathers and in rough country. I’m confident that the Halti nylon fabric will withstand the constant soakings much better than his previous leather item. (I would have given a 5 star review had Mike been able to give me my first colour choice).

My order never arrived despite paying for it. The company did not respond to my emails, and their advertised phone number is not in service.

Contacted my credit card issuer to raise a dispute, who then credited my payment.

My order arrived very quickly and my cats love it!

I ordered goods from this site on 24th November, contacted them by email several times, regarding when I was likely to get goods, did eventually get an partial order approximately a month later. Still missing one item, contacted seller by email again, regarding the missing item and requested a refund for this product but surprise, surprise, no response. Unfortunately this was paid by debit card so not as protected as paying by credit card or PayPal. Hence this is probably why you can not pay by PayPal as they would be a lot of disputes with this company. Can't believe they are still in business and that they are suggested retailer in the Telegraph Newspaper. Do yourself a big favour, don't order anything from this site.

I wish had read the reviews before ordering they say it takes up to 3days before despatch it has now been a week I received an email from them with when I ordered I have emailed them twice but had no reply. I am going to contact my bank about this, and I will re order elsewhere

A month since I placed my order and still waiting. No response to my emails when I ask for progress updates. Terrible!!!!

Bought a dog door a couple years ago to fit into the house for a small dog 10Kgs. Used the lock feature within the first week and my dog pushed straight through it cracking the door in half, partly because the dog has no visible way to tell if the door is locked or not.

No help from Per-Tek of course, otherwise I'd be giving a better review. Bought and replaced the part a couple times because it's easier than cutting a new size hole, but keeps breaking.

It also has a very small magnet that cannot keep the door closed in any kind of wind. For £60 it's disappointing, there are better products cheaper from other makers, go have a look.

Fake company, they don't send anything and never reply to emails.

Ordered tent for my cat 23rd Sep 24. Now 11th October, nothing. No response to 2 emails and a Facebook message. Telephone answerphone says they are unable to take the call. Rubbish.
However, an update. I spoke on the phone to them today (11/11/24) and such a lovely guy apologised and promised I would be reimbursed later, and it has been honoured. Clearly there are problems but I wish them well.

AVOID this company. My ordered goods never arrived despite the company stating they'd be received within 1-3 working days. I was notified by the company on 28 August that the order was refunded and this would take up to 7 working days to receive. It's now late September and still no payment. I have contacted my bank's Fraud Department.

Mike was so helpful in helping me order what I needed. They were delivered very quickly, as I explained to Mike I needed them for a holiday that I was only a few days away. The buggies themselves were brilliant on our electric bikes, if I had to pick a fault I would say they needed better zips, although they haven’t failed yet. I would recommend this buggy no problem, I ordered two for my two Frenchies but they could fit in one, I personally like them to have a lot of space, I pulled one and my partner pulled the other. I never have to leave my littles darlings behind again, for journeys that they wouldn’t have been able to do on foot.

I ordered dog lead 5 days ago from this company. I wrote a mail them because I can’t wait the delivery date. They answered for me immediately (couple of minutes later) than they send my money back also. I had great experience with this company.

Purchased a Plexidoor XL for my Alaskan Malamute £674.99.
Web site said it was in stock and would be dispatched in 1 - 3 days.
1 week after order no dispatch and thay never answered any phone calls.
Sent an E-Mail asking for a refund and received a reply at 21:28 the next evening confirming a refund had been issued and would be in my account in upto 7 working days.
After 8 working days no refund was received.
I reported the transaction as fraud to the credit card, it took 35 days to receive this responce from the credit card quoted below
"I am writing further to your query regarding the transaction on your account from SQ *PETTECH.CO.UK LTD London for £674.99.

I am pleased to confirm that we were successful in retrieving the above mentioned amount on your behalf from the merchant. Following our chargeback, the merchant accepted their liability under Visa Rules and Regulations."
I could never trust this company again.

Avoid - I ordered a remote dog trainer which didn't arrive and no refund given. I now have to make a dispute with my bank. I spent £130. They never pick up the phone, never reply to emails and their answering machine is full (probably of messages asking where their order is)

One star is one star too much. Basically took my money - no goods sent out, no replies & then sent an email saying they'd refunded my money, which they didn't do.
After many days I have now finally received a refund.

Items not received, no response to emails, no answer on the phone.

PayPal processed my claim instantly refunding my money.

What a waste of energy, avoid

The Company did not provide the goods ordered. They ignored all emails and phone calls. The payment had been made by PayPal and although they accepted liability to refund there were insufficient funds provided for the refund. Do not use this Company.

My order has not arrived or even been dispatched. I have had no reply to an email with a query about my order.

Initially problems with the online shop checkout (turns out 2nd order attempt went through but no acknowledgement screen) Business owner kindly phoned me to confirm order - first item received (delighted - came next day and very competitively priced). Awaiting delivery on second.
