Although ultimately i did not use Phoenix, that is no reflection of the excellent service I have received from them! The boiler at home packed up (January) and after a quick google, i contacted Phoenix and they had a rep around with 24 hours. Ryan was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. No hard sell, just straight sensible advice. The quote was available within an hour and it was better than i had anticipated. They confirmed that it could be fitted within 5-8 days. I received a follow up call to check i was happy. Decent company to deal with. I chose a local installer however, he was slightly cheaper but ultimately he could turn the job around a lot sooner which was my priority due to the time of year the boiler had failed.

Very prompt reliable service. The installers were very Covid sensitive and considerate.
The work was completed on time, a minor hitch was immediately sorted without hassle.
We highly recommend this company.

Had my boiler serviced over past 5 years. Always helpful and friendly on the phone. Engineer, Luke, made excellent effort to be COVID safe. Had to call to re arrange another appointment today and Katy was most understanding. Thanks

Excellent service from start to finish. The office staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you ladies. The survey was done promptly and the engineer arrived on time as arranged the follow week. All my carpets were protected and they got on with their work. Very polite and helpful, all the mess was cleaned up. I would recommend Phoenix Gas to anyone. Thank you.

Excellent from start to finish.
Due to our boiler braking down we asked a couple of engineers to call to give an estimate . Several said they had no boilers in stock and another said it would be next year. As we had no hearing or hot water we wanted to use a reliable firm who would come out quickly to resolve our problem. From ringing Phoenix Gas they arrived the next day, explained the problem, provided an immediate quotation and we set the date for installation. I had curtesy calls during the week and the day before the engineers came. When they arrived they were smartly presented and prepared the house with floor and table coverings to protect our home. They installed the boiler within the 2 day time frame advised, they cleared up any mess and left the house clean and tidy. As soon as it was completed we were given full operating instructions and courtesy calls the following day and week later. Excellent service and workmanship. Thank you.

I decided to replace my old boiler & got three quotes,Phoenix being one,while it was not the cheapest I was impressed with the speed & efficiency with which they responded.
Having decided to choose them the instillation too a little longer than expected,mainly due to a problem identified when commissioning the new boiler.
This was sorted out by professional friendly staff.
I am a satisfied customer who would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Our boiler broke and I gave them a call. They came round gave us a great price and also a date to install. Which was only a few days away from the survey, day of install went well and was done in a day and I was shown everything about the boiler and its controls. The engineer had made sure I was happy and the house was clean and tidy when he left and nice and warm. Great service form the staff at the office to the fitter

OK took the plunge of getting the boiler replaced..as we have use Pheonix before for servicing the old boiler and had no issues we went through them again... the survey was professionally done and options left... we decided and called to give the go ahead... installation was set for 3 days later.... installation engineer arrived ... checked the system and got on with the job....boiler replaced ...radiators.flushed filter fitted ..oh and a radiator fixed!!!and all done by 13:00 then he went and it was the electricians turn..busy man didn't arrive until 16:30... but cracked on straight away...we had a manual thermostat/timer in the kitchen...I asked if he could fit the wireless one in its place...he had a quick look as to see if it would leave a mess more than anything...was all tiled with a small hole for the power wires.....he re did the wiring and fixed the unit into the same place the old one was and it looks perfect....he then preceded to talk me.through how the thermostat works and even programmed it for me!!!! All finished by 17:00.... everything cleared away and tidy no mess left overall very pleased also got the servicing pack with them very good price very good quality very good company.....would not hesitate to use again

Brilliant experience with Phoenix . We had a whilst new heating system . The 2 engineers who came were professional, on time, polite and hard working. The company followed up the work to check that we were happy. The initial survey was excellent and the surveyor was brilliant at advising us on what we did / didn’t need . Would recommend !!

Great service from start to finish. Competitive quote, friendly staff, fitting within a week of the initial quote. Masks were worn when in the property so covid safe too.

Really impressed, great customer service from the office and really friendly contractors who just get on with the works trying to keep the mess to a minimum. We had a few teething problems after the installation but they were quick to get someone out to sort the problem. Professional with honest advice. I had a few quotes for a new boiler. Phoenix Gas came out tops. My new boiler was installed by a lovely man. My stair carpet was covered by protective plastic. The
old boiler was taken away and everything was left clean and tidy. I was very impressed.

Couldn't of been happier with the service from the sales rep who came out and the engineer himself. Firstly it was easy to choose the right boiler for us after speaking to the rep. Helped me choose and broke down what we would be doing payment wise. No complications at all. Secondly the engineer who fitted the boiler. Local lad, very easy talk to and quickly got a long with him which made the fitting easier, rather than treading on eggshells trying get past or make small conversation. He left absolutely zero mess and asked before he had to re route a pipe and showed that it wouldn't be a visual problem. I would 100% recommend these to anyone.

Didn’t have a very good experience with Phoenix gas tunstall stoke on Trent they installed electric combi boiler that just wouldn’t work after week or so of investigation no heating they finally mended it not happy at all , then they damaged my living room door they replaced it but the door was put on twisted just sprung open so they came out couldn’t fix it we went in lock down after lock down I waited for them to come they didn’t so I called them after numerous calls they came out still didn’t fix it had more phone calls till they finally did in 2nd week of November totally disgusted would I recommend them no

not impressed with the lies as a council tenant.left me with no heat ..hot water .had to turn it back on the next day myself. come to service told did not need it .but needed antifreeze .then get letter to say i was not in to service it the 1st time?.i was in and he
turned it of did not turn it on again then went .if i had not rang they would turn up to service it a second time ...now told for antifreeze i have to wait till next year which makes 24 months for antifreeze to be put in .

Absolutely appalling customer service , went home after a long day at work no hot water or heating !!! Rang the emergency number provided by them few times and left them few massages , no one rang back!!! What a disgrace!!!

Left my mum of 75 without gas for 3 weeks. No sign of sorting out the issues we had. Can't speak to a manager. Demanding a refund and going to a competent gas service company.
