I recently had a visit from Phoenix Gas Services and was extremely impressed with the service provided. The engineer arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the visit.

The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. It was reassuring to deal with someone who was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service.

From booking the appointment through to completion of the work, the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix Gas Services to others and would happily use them again in the future.

Simply Amazing!!!!

Annsheel Khan is the engineer that visited my home this morning, because of a gas leak and he has been truly outstanding, he was warm kind and respectful, he was knowledgable and extremely quick, he realised that it was something cadet would need to fix and contacted them accordingly, they are a total different story but I called him later for an update and he was available all day he really went the extra mile even speaking to the second chap from cadet at well gone 5pm to ensure my family and I I'm so incredibly grateful Phoenix you should be really proud!

This is the worst company

This is the worst company, if I could give no stars I would, I pay every bill on time but they disconnected my gas when I was at work because they needed to do maintenance then left me with no supply for an entire day and night. I had to take emergency leave from work to admit one of their ‘engineers’. Their ‘customer service’ is the worst I have ever experienced

Would leave zero stars the company is…

Would leave zero stars the company is an absolute joke, had three appointments booked, had to cancel one and rebook, rebooked and never showed up on the 23rd of April even though they said they did also had an appointment on the 11th of May have video doorbell footage that shows the engineer walking up to the door and putting a card through without even knocking the door, you ring and get a person on the end of the phone that clearly doesn’t want to help at all, now we are being threatened with court action by our landlord because there engineers can’t even be bothered to knock a door!!

Had a really good experience

Had a really good experience. When I called through the team were really helpful and the engineer was thorough and knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly for me. Would happily recommend.

Another bad review

A boiler service identified a leak. Engineer was supposed to report repair and order parts. 3 weeks later and no sign of any repair. Phone calls not being returned. Why am I chasing up a service used by rugby council? I have no option but to use this rubbish company.
I had a reply from this company see below.
Rugby council and myself called via phone to chase up this matter on more than one occasion. The lady was on lunch and was supposed to return call, which she didn't hence more than one call to chase up. Its is down to this company to book repair via engineer.
Strangely enough I spoke to a man from this company who couldnt apologise enough. So why does the reply not reflect the conversation I had? 🤔

Following your review, our engineer contacted you and we understand that the leak has now been resolved by Worcester under a warranty call. It appears there may have been some confusion regarding communication, as we were unable to locate any instruction from Rugby Borough Council through their portal or via email, which may have contributed to the delay in progressing the repair.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. First appointment - no-one turned up. Second appointment employee arrived, diagnosed the problem with the heating pump. Went away to order it. Third appointment - different bod turned up and said the valves needed replacing as well but didn't have them on the van. 4th. appointment - no-one turned up. 4 separate days waiting in, moving furniture, not putting heating on so repair could be undertaken. 2 disabled pensioners in the property. Absolutely disgusting! Doesn't deserve the 1 star.

Absolutely first class service. Reliable, clean, tidy and very understanding over personal circumstances regarding the condition of one of my daughter's rooms as she struggles with mental health. Thank you to both engineers.

Low budget company

My neighbour was getting pipes installed on the road and phoenix gas work men thought it would be ok to dump all the concrete and rubble on our garden, when I phoned up to complain they could not see a problem until I informed them I had no contract with them therefore they were breaking the law, these people seem to think they have the right to dump the waste that they have created onto people's private property, maybe if they employed professionals they would not have so many complaints. A disgusting company that has no morals or companion for other people's private property.

What a joke Phoenix Gas Services are

What a joke Phoenix Gas Services are! Had an appointment for today arranged for weeks. Took time off work and then got a call this morning that the engineer had called in sick and they have no-one else to do the repair. They've left an older woman with disabilities in a cold living room over Christmas. Unacceptable and terrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend these cowboys. I only gave one star because there's no option for zero stars but if they was an option for negative stars, Phoenix would get the full five!

Sheer Incompetence

Sheer incompetent!!! Sheer hold no accountability!! Sheer do no turn up !! Sheer Cowboys!! You got no hot water or heating!! Do not call these imbosolies!! They couldn't fight themselves out of a crisp packet.

Aaron and Dan Fitted our new heating…

Aaron and Dan Fitted our new heating system and Airsource heating system.
They took every care of the house and made sure we understood and were happy at every stage. They paid special attention to my mother that was ill at the time and their patience and kindness was very welcome.

Absoultely shocking service

Absoultely shocking service. Had sevice booked for today, but i ran out of gas so nipped to the shop to get some. While i was there the engineer turned up and my daughter told him id just gone to shop to get gas and would be 2mins. He refused to wait and said tell her to book another appointment i ay got time.
Shocking, cant wait 2mins are u for real.

This company are absolutely…shocking!

This company are absolutely shocking!!!!!!
We are on day 5 of no heating.. my father is 79 years old and we are freezing.
The heating was working except one radiator, Phoenix came out to fix it and now none work.
We have been classed as a “priority” we have waited 24 hours for a phone call and they have offered to come out in 6 days time.
This company should NOT be trading.
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!
