I have been waiting for 5 weeks for my order which was a named glass nightlight. I have had several online chats with Cherry about non receipt. I keep getting the sorry message and reassuring me that the lamp is out for delivery. Had I realised that it was coming from China I would never have ordered it.I have now asked for a refund but don't hold out much hope. I saw this advertised in a Daily Mail gift recommendation and stupidly thought that it would be a reputable company

Not a uk company, when I emailed them a couple of minutes after placing the order to cancel. I was told I’d have to pay a 30% charge for the materials they had already used. When I explained that they couldn’t possibly have used any materials, they insisted I had to pay or go ahead with the order. The lamp cost £19.99 but other costs including shipping made it £36. I have yet to receive the product but I don’t hold out much hope that it will be good quality if their customer service is anything to go by. Avoid using this company.
Terrible
Terrible. Shipping was to be free but charged extra at checkout. Lamp looks terrible. Looks like a 3year old photo shopped our heads from a picture and pasted them on a half melted milk jug that lights up. Ridiculous. Website won't let you post a negative review about them. Please don't buy from them!!! You'll be disappointed!

I received 2 without working. after wasting hours of time requesting the exchange of non-working products, they sent me an email saying it would be sent. I simply didn't receive anything, I was left with the loss and the shame I went through with the people who received my gift without working. bad service, bad products

My goodness me!!!! If only I read all these awful awful reviews before wasting £25 on what I believed was a “moon lamp” to receive a pathetic excuse of a Key ring which lights up. The photo I submitted you can not see for love or money….asking for a refund to which they replied I uploaded a white background and photo….yes it’s a wedding gift. Which am now not giving as I’d be embarrassed! Wish there was a section to upload a photo! AVOID!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. This company is disgusting and you will regret ordering from here. After losing my package and declaring the package as delivered when it was not I realised these people clearly don’t care about their customers just their money.
I have been back and fourth over my items and was told that a letter was proof of delivery! They also said there is not much they can do and I have to complain to my local post office in order for them to take it further. I was then told that they can resend the order but I will have to pay £20.00 for shipping after already losing out on 50.00 because they decided to scam me and not deliver my item. This company is disgusting. Stay clear

The shipment was fast customer service replied quickly and we're happy to help however I am not overly impressed with the photo on my lamp the quality of the photo is not clear it's just been printed and stuck on however I did receive my package with no breaks or damage just wish the photo was a little more clear and stuck on straight. Thank you and will definitely like to try and buy a few more lamps for my 3 girls just won't be using photos.

⛔️ We bought a set of friendship lamps. We couldn’t get them to connect. The customer service did respond however they could not simply send us a copy of the instructions or take us through how to fix the problem. They gave us generic answers which any person could work out themselves like have you tried turning it off and on again.
Purchased a photo cube
I am not very happy with this purchase. The pictures are not very clear, it is printed on regular paper then stuck on. It looks very cheap. It is not worth $28 aus excluding shipping. What's more annoying is that I was looking forward to this purchase. I tried to leave a review on their website but it doesn’t go through.

Purchased a photo cube for my wife. The photos ALL FADED AWAY within a few months.
I contacted customer services and they were not apologetic for the poor quality of product and did not give any offer to return/refund etc as it was just outside of their 90 day policy apparently. Problem is the photos do fade over time and by the time you notice it they have taken your money and ran away!

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. We received the lamp and no charger, asked for a lead of which they sent but never even fitted the item, contacted them and sent photo’s, just ignored it. Ended up going to a local electrics shop, and even they couldn’t help. Contacted them AGAIN and was told it’s out of the 90 days, even though they were in the wrong for not replying when we first messaged about the issue. Absolutely disgraceful and all they could do was offer us money off our next order - we WILL NOT be ordering from them ever again

They delayed the processing time incredibly and are absolutely useless in trying to provide a solution to get it in on time. they blame holiday times cause delays but it should not have been by more than a month! I am still afraid the product will come out awful and that is due to not even receiving the product yet and after reading these reviews I am afraid. hopefully it comes out ok and I dont need to deal with them again and request a refund.
customer service is awful, people working there are dumb and dont seem to understand the frustration sent to them via email and offered a 10% refund. that was an insult.

Horrible customer service
I was so excited to order the tiara/princess LED light for my 2 nieces. When I received it, one piece of it was broken so I emailed the company and they said that they would only send me a 20% refund and would not replace the item. I told them that I was not going to accept that offer and that they needed to replace the item because I wanted it before Christmas. They said that they wouldn’t be able to send it before Christmas and I told him that as long as I got the item, I wouldn’t mind receiving it after the holidays. They sent me another one and once again it was broken, this time in 2 places. I emailed them yet again telling them that the item was broken hoping that they would send me 100% refund and/or the item again. They told me that they were only going to refund me 30% of what I paid and to get glue and fix it on my own, which is unacceptable considering the item broke because of their poor packaging. I told them that I wanted the item replaced and they told me to pick a different one. I am truly truly disappointed in their response and inability to care for their customers
very cool lamp
I bought this lamp for my wife. it has our wedding picture on it and she truly loves it. it did take longer to be delivered but if you don't have a timeline the lamps are really cool. i would order this again.

Even with expedited processing
When we opened them the picture was not fully there, it was off center of where we placed it. The writing on the back is the only thing that showed up clearly.
We contacted support and was informed that they could only refund 25% percent after first offering 20%. I would not suggest using this service. I won't call them a scam as I only have my picture to work with. But I can tell you they do not care at all if the product turns out for you. Find someone who is willing to stand behind the quality of their product. It will cost more but in this case I paid alot for the dog poop I got.
