Never got my order. It says it was delivered 10 days ago and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me that I had to contact ups because they aren’t responsible for it after it says delivered

Any 5-star review is fake. Total scam and they only issue a 50% refund. Thing is I read reviews right after I placed my order and then immediately asked to cancel my order - so I know for a fact my product was not being made. So none of their "products" were in use and the evidence that my order was in the process of being made was literally the freaking photo I submitted to have engraved into my moon lamp. So, there is no evidence that my order was in the "picture design phase". COMPLETE BS! Cherry Shubin from "customer service" is a horror show.

My son ordered one for the personalised spoified song words - it came with finger prints all over the photo graph and in a frame thaty was all chips and even had paint missing in the corners - £29.00 they charged for total rubbish - i complained to their customer servicers to be told to send the photos of the damage and guess what they have blocked my email - total crooks and need to be stopped!!!!

I realized after placing my order that the gifts would arrive days after Christmas. Was told via email that I could not cancel my order. So I went to the website and was able to chat went Sally Flora. She also told me that it may be too late to cancel my order. She went an extra step and contacted the production dept and was able to cancel the order with the exception one one item. I am so very thankful and grateful to her for going that extra mile for me. Now, I’m able to purchase some for my loved ones without delay. I will probably order from this company in the future, thanks to Sally’s superior service. Thank you so much Sally

I ordered a moon lamp and a name letter lamp. The moon Lamp was ok , doesn’t look exactly like the pictures ,looks cheap. And I received an engraved letter lamp , that has the wrong letter . The refuse to correct it. I’m very disappointed as this was a gift and it’s poorly made with hot glue falling off .it also took a long time to arrive to me. It looks like an arts and craft project from the craft store. Customer service not helpful and very condescending .don’t shop here .

ordered from the website without reading the reviews, then received an email stating failed to deliver,respond to this email and update your address, the email provided does not allow responses ...

I placed my order on the 7/11/2021 - and then decided to read reviews, as the ones on the website seemed great when ordering.

To my horror, there was nothing but bad reviews. I proceeded to email the customer service email to cancel my order explaining I had read the reviews and was not happy regarding the quality and timing experiences. However, no-one got back to me, but I don't believe it fell on deaf ears because my order arrived on the 17/11/2021! With no problems regarding custom fees, the box came a bit damaged, so I would recommend if gifting, to buy another gift box.

The quality I expected to almost be foam like, however is quite sturdy, at first when seeing the image I was worried, until I switched it on! I bought the 16 colour LED Moon Lamp and of course there are colours it looks better on - however adjusting the brightness on different colours helps it be visible too.

I ordered a gift message too - nothing too special, would save and just write out your own. No complaints for it either, it does the job. Except for before opening it says "I wish you happy every day" - not the best english, but still does the job as stated.

No faults in my personal message except for spacing at the end of "lots of love" could have been on another line.

Overall, I am pleased with the order, probably just requires better communication from customer service! However, I appreciate the speedy service, although it shouldn't just be provided if a customer complains, should be for every order.

Ordered a gift for my boyfriend over a month ago and have not received anything. Not even a confirmation of shipping. They don't even respond to emails. NOTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM.

Ordered for my wife for a birthday gift. She was so happy. Great quality. Up to date shipping website info. Very happy and very satisfied. Customer service immediately respond to an email I sent also. All around great company providing great service and products!!!

Do not shop here, this is website is a scam and steals small businesses photos and designs!

THREE4NINE8I recieved my item 1 month later, and it didn't even have the right pictue on my spotify plaque. It said that there would be a keychain in it and it wasn't in there. It is really small, like the size of my hand.i was trying to return it back to the company then i send an email for refund and shipping label and never got response to my email !!!i went online and i found their contact which is i reach the company and the support team was really awesome very patient and kind with me !!!!!!!!!

My packake arrived in very good conditions and I absolutely loved it. My mom was very happy with how it turned out! The communication was great and it was very adorable.

Ordered a personalized dinosaur lamp for my grandson. They received their order in good time and it was Perfect. My grandson loves it. Company also checked with me to make sure all arrived and was to our liking. Very much recommend this company and will definitely order again!!!!

Ordered the Kodak film roll. Originally the wrong order was shipped but I contacted support and they helped get everything rectified in a prompt manner. Thanks again.

They will send you a false shipping confirmation. Then will claim since it shipped they cannot refund money. You will never receive your order.

Wonderful product! Pictures were super clear which I was nervous about since the product I was getting was so small. It arrived right on time and the company did a great job emailing me with updates.

Awful item. Completely overpriced! DO NOT BUY anything from here it is just very expensive for what you get.

This is the worst company to deal with. Poor customer service. I ordered a photo wallet as a present for my son, it did arrive, but my goodness, it was such poor quality!
I emailed them stating how unhappy I was with it. I was first offered 15% refund. Then 20% refund. Then my postage refunded.
As yet I have not received any kind of refund.

DO NOT order from this company. You have been warned. If you do, I wish you luck!!

So I sent a picture of my little boy to go on a wallet for my partner. It came 11 days later and the whole hand is missing off the wallet! I emailed them they said they would look into it . There refusing to do anything about it and have offered a coupon for money off my next order ! Why would I want to order from a place with poor quality products!!!

Paid for a product. Never received it. I was emailed twice by the company to provide my address. Third time I contacted them reporting I still hadn't received the item I had paid for. I was told I was entitled to a refund, minus £12 for delivery. I was expected to pay delivery for an item that I had never even received. Customer service was absolutely shocking. I'd never recommend this company
