I must admit I was very nervous not knowing if I was gonna get this product on time. It came right in time. The photo on the lamp is so beautifully crafted. I can read the words very well. It comes with a wooden easy to put together stand. A charger cord included as well. The two colors illuminate the photolamp just right. My mother is gonna love this photolamp. When I had questions I emailed the company and someone also responded me in a timely manner.

If I could give it negitive star. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered mine over a month ago! After 2 weeks I was supposed to have it..I emailed them and they said it will be there in next few days..fast forward to a month now..I still don't have it. This is obsured. I will NEVER order from them again.

If I could do a 0 rating I would. I’ve waited over a month for a product that said 8-15 business working days. It was a birthday present and was sentimental of the photos used. I got told it will arrive “soon” and check the tracking details which last told me it was on a flight on March 17th. Avoid at all costs, no help from customer service, money wasted, had to get a different present and apologise for how delayed this one is/tell them it will never show as previous posts are now telling the truth. Please I hope the next person seeing a deal for the cute film roll photos does not buy from there without seeing these reviews!! I only wish I looked sooner

The services they offer at photomoonlampuk are truly shocking. I ordered a product, after paying for it I was informed it was not in stock and offered to reimburse me. I accepted the reimbursement which never arrived. Weeks later they emailed to say they have just posted the product which I did not want anymore. They then emailed to say it was a misunderstanding and will reimburse, then retrace that saying the product has just been posted. A TOTAL MESS. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

This 8s an absolute awful lamp it's not as clear as picture and description very cheap tacky and not having much luck with this company as they trying hardest not to refund and accept that its false advertisement. Iv emailed several times and iv recied a email back asking if it's charged. Iv had professional pic of my daughters put on it as mothers day gift and its absolute waste of money and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COMPANY HONEST TRUTH ITS 60 pound wasted

SCAM SCAM SCAM !! I have been waiting for a refund . It has been 3 months and no refund when they promised me a refund . They gave me a damaged item full of scratches with dirt all over it in a ripped box . Also, my item arrived late. Their ‘glass plaque’ is not glass, it is a £1 acrylic sheet. Their website has misleading information. Disgusting service from Lillian and especially Amy. They take the pxss for fun. They are not based in the UK but in Hong Kong and if they are selling to individuals in UK they should understand English at least but no they do not . I am so disappointed in myself that I did not come to trust pilot and look at the reviews before ordering from this disgusting unhygienic company. They have a low amount of stars for a reason and they should be banned from selling in the UK.

I've been waiting for months for my item. I got it as a birthday gift for someone else but it's been way too overdue now I cant give it as a gift. I'm very unhappy and disappointed. I've asked for a refund numerous times and they said they would only give me 10% back. I even paid more money to get it faster. It said 5-8 business days not two months. Dont buy from them.

Ordered the Kodak camera film keychain. Never arrived. Local courier said it had been damaged and they would pay the photo moon lamp back the cost if they claimed it. Photo moon lamp refused to do this and refused to send me another citing that I did not take out insurance on the item. £25 wasted on an item that never arrived. Absolutely shocking service. Never buy from this company as they are money grabbing thieves. I ordered a product and have not received it. That is on the company to absorb the costs of not producing the goods not the buyer. Scumbags avoid like the plague folks.

I placed an order and paid over £25 for 2-4 business days delivery and it’s been almost 2 weeks and my order still has not arrived!!! As well as this, they added a delivery exception to my order. Please avoid at all times. Not worth it.

My package was delayed a week because they forgot to ship it out. I found that it will take 2 weeks because they ship out their products from CHINA instead of the US.

I ordered an item off this website in November and was told in December my item had been lost. I was then told it would be rescheduled and heard nothing from them after. It got to January and so I emailed them to ask what was going on. I got a rude employee called Cherry contact me in a very sarcastic manner who told me they had not sent out my order again. I then provided my address again so it could be sent out and no reply. It’s now February and I have finally been told they shipped it out again. Still not got my delivery though. Terrible customer service (if you get Cherry you’re in for a long wait) and also fake/filtered reviews on their website which you shouldn’t trust.

If there was an option of 0 stars i would give that. I recieved my item 1 month later, and it didn't even have the right pictue on my spotify plaque. It said that there would be a keychain in it and it wasn't in there. It is really small, like the size of my hand.

Order arrived not as requested. Resent order, again wrong... requested refund... got £7. Spotify plaque was £12.95 + £7.99 p+p
T&C state full refund if mistake is on their side.... this doesn't happen.

These crooks are advertising valentine's Day moon lamps with a 15 day turn around. Ordered on the last day of January, come the 10th of February the lamp has been marked as shipper....FROM CHINA!!! don't be fooled by the 'uk' signage and false advertising on postage. Tack from China in a fake misleading website. Now I have looked at other reviews I can see it won't turn up anyway.

avoid buying products from here. I paid £8 for delivery and the item came one month after when they told me on email it will come 7-15 days after 20 days lol. Also, scratches and dirt all over the spotify plaque. Furthermore, it was not even glass lol. It also came in very tacky packaging. a scrunched up used box. I am disgusted as I was excited to give my boyfriend this present. Approximately £35 gone to waste. Also, they are not professional at all as they reply to emails very late despite making it known they apparently reply within 48 hours. I could have made the spotify plaque with £5 as there is so many tutorials online. However, I ordered from moon lamp thinking it will be high quality as it is a professional company, but they proved me wrong. Their website currently has misleading information as the plaques are not made using glass, but cheap under £1 worth acrylic sheet.

I ordered a moon lamp for my partner for Christmas it never arrived, they then contacted me saying it was returned by the courier and I had to pay £7.99 delivery or it will be destroyed!.
So with that I demanded my money back, they said ok with cost of delivery and parts to make the item. I contacted my bank to retrieve all my money. rip off merchants avoid!!!!!!

I ordered two Spotify glasses for my boyfriend and my friend. They arrived today and they are amazing. I was worried about all of the reviews so I got in contact with customer services and they assured me that they would arrive and they did. Nothing smashed either but they were posted through the letterbox so I put a pillow by the door so they could drop onto the pillow. Overall good experience and would definitely recommend.
