Excellent customer service, blemish from DHL
Excellent customer service. Very helpful and patient in aiding my selection of a custom image for my wall mural.
The only negative was that the company was let down by their delivery agent, DHL, who notified delivery and were then nearly a week late with no further notifications of delays or revised delivery.

Great additions to our home
I’ve used Photowall on two separate occasions for wall murals. Both have been excellent quality and shipping has been very quick.
To install the mural on a wall, I’d suggest two people and make sure to follow the directions provided. We are extremely pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Photowall to others.

Antwoord van PHOTOWALL
Hi Heath, thank you for your review.
All our images are high-resolution fitted to be printed as murals. In some cases, depending on the size of the wall, you need some viewing distance to the mural and consider the subject as a whole. I am sorry to hear that it didn't live up to your expectations.
You can always order a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an idea of what the colors would look like in print and up close.
I will contact you during the day to see how we can help you with this.
Again, thank you for sharing, and have a nice day.
Kind regards,
Angelica

Hi Dean, Thank you for your review.
I am sorry to hear that your peel-and-stick wallpaper has started to come off after such a short time.
There can be several factors that may affect how well peel-and-stick wallpaper adheres to a wall, such as surface preparation, wall texture, paint type, or environmental conditions.
To help resolve this for you, I kindly encourage you to contact our customer service team with your order number and a few photos of the issue. This will allow us to assess the situation and provide the most suitable solution.
We look forward to assisting you further and ensuring a better experience.
Have a nice day!
Kind regards,
Lovely
