Complete effing scam!!! Don’t ever buy anything of this website

I ordered a bracelet for my partner and received it in cheap packing almost 3 weeks later.
Quality was so poor and bracelet only last a couple of days before the wee stone fall out.
Complaint to online support but all they offer is to resend a new one but I had to pay more shipping fees. On their page it is not clear the product is coming from China and looking at the price you would not expect it to be produced in China.
Safe your money and order somewhere else to avoid disappointment and hassle afterwards.

I ordered 8 bracelets November 10th and I still have not gotten them. They keep saying they are sent and they will send some more but I do not believe them anymore. I am so sorry that I wasted my money in believing that this was a legitimate website that would not scam my money. But I was wrong.

I ordered a personalized ring it is nothing like the advertisement, I can barely see the picture on the ring. I'm not satisfied at all.

This site is a scam I ordered two items from them one was a bigger item and LED dad music player and a picture necklace they sent the one item and never sent the necklace and Father’s Day is Sunday I emailed them many times and they never wrote back once and there is no customer service number I will never order from the pop up on Facebook again I wish I saw all these reviews first how they are scams

2 yrs ago i order a necklace no problem....back in november i order 2 necklace...HORRIBLE...it took over 2 months to get it and it was half the size of what i order and the picture DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I SENT....i have tried so many times contacting them and no response at all ..just the same thing over and over like if it was a recording (please contact the email listed below)...yea right no response at all..i will definitly report them to the better business burear ..they wont give me back my money i spent...i will never order from them again

I wish I didn’t have to write this review because I have received beautiful necklaces from them in the past, however, the necklace I recently received was horrible. The reimagining of the picture is poor quality. I never received any notifications regarding tracking and it took a very long time to arrive. I do not plan to order from this company again. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! I order a dog tag in August and I have yet to receive it. I asked for a refund that I also haven't received, then was informed that I won't get a full refund back. $40 wasted!!! They are a total rip off.

BUYERS BEWARE! Worst company out there! The should shut down this site. I ordered 3 necklaces after someone I New did, sent them the picture, persons name and what did I get in the mail, a photo pendent the size of a penny. NOTHING like my friends. The chain took away from the pendant so you couldn’t even see it. I am now on my 19th email trying to get them to fix there error but they keep jerking my chain. I need this no not this, this. OH now you need to pay shipping for each necklace even though it was there error. STAY away from this company. OH yeah by the way they also over charged my credit card. Stay away from China. That’s where they are from.

I made my purchase before seeing the reviews and got very nervous about receiving my product. I purchased the Personalized Photo Keychain made from Titanium steel. I made the purchase on June 1st and received it on June 16th. Being that it came from China, I was expecting it to take a lot longer-- but it thankfully didn't!

The product isn't "exactly" as it shows, but overall it was good. The image on the key chain wasn't as clear as the advertisements show, and it can be hard to look at in certain lighting conditions/angles. However, I am still satisfied with the product. I still would have bought it even if I knew it would come out as it did, but I wish I knew before purchase.

Given that I have seen the bad reviews I felt compelled to leave one myself since I am satisfied with the product and service.

My total was 49.95. I get the email it says 49.95. Then I get another email when they took the money and it said 49.95 but it maybe more then that. Getting worried now check bank statement because I got a bad feeling and when I get to my bank record it says, they took 54.28 for the necklace and another 2.17 for an international transaction fee. I tried getting a hold of them but nothing. So, of course I type the company name in the search engine and there it is SCAM. I wish I would of checked first I read the comments on facebook and said ok a lot of people are getting them and people are loving them they must be good. From now on I am never using facebook to order anything. I learned my lesson. Just hope this gets to someone before they decide to order from this company.

I work for the post office...I ordered my necklace which was expensive for it to come in cheap packaging...then I expected the necklace to be better with the picture and quality. I wouldn’t buy from them again...because even if I wanted a refund I’d have to pay near $18 to mail it back to China which there’s never a guarantee they would get it back....the timing was good tho

I ORDERED A NECKLACE APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS AGO AND CANCELED MY ORDER THE DAY AFTER. THEY SAID THEY CAN ONLY REFUND 70% . WELL 4 MONTHS LATER AND I AM STILL WAITING. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEFS.

Complete dirt bag. Item has been ordered for over a month and a half. I told them I no longer wanted it for a Christmas gift a month late. Then they e-mail and say the shipped it anyway and I will only get a 1/2 refund. Waste of my time. Filing a full Pay-Pal complaint.

I ordered a silver heart etching with head and shoulders of my wife and myself and a 20 inch chain on December 5. I was told that it would come before Christmas. I used PayPal to pay for it. I did receive, that same day, a confirmation of the order with a with a seven digit order number. That was the last time I heard from them. There was, an order status contact, on their WEB site, all you had to do was use your email address or order number, which the order status did not recognize. I tried this several times over several days, same results, the order status on their WEB site would not recognize my information. I then took their email address and used my email service and I sent them 25 of the same email with my order number and asked them where my order was. To this they did reply with,"it is in process". Christmas came and went no word from them. Next I contacted "service at Pay Pal" and opened a case against them. Pay Pal contacted "Lin Shan" in China. Pay Pal was able to get a tracking number for my order. Understand my tracking number did not come from the seller of my purchase but from Pay Pal. I did finally receive my necklace (quality fair, not sure if it is silver) on 01/10/2018. I will not deal with this company again. My suggestion to anyone who buys off the internet do not use a charge card, use Paypal, they got results.

They actually deserve less than one star. Read the bad comments on their Facebook page. I can’t rate the product because it was never received. Their customer service is horrible. I filed a complaint with my credit card company which issued me a refund. Save your time and money and do not order from them!!

Don't waste your time or money. Linn Shan will take your money and get your products to you when ever he feels like it. There is no communication, no apologies, no compensation for loved ones not receiving their gifts, no caring about the customer. Horrible experience!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my sister on December 12. The website claimed delivery by Christmas. It is now January 2nd and the gift has not even shipped yet. I have attempted to contact them 3 times via email and received no response.

Be cautious of submitting your picture to this company. I ordered a necklace for my daughter as a surprise for Christmas. Before even seeing (they do not send you a preview even upon request) or receiving my necklace, I saw the picture I submitted on their advertisement on facebook...WITHOUT my consent. Pretty sure this is illegal without the customer's knowledge. My daughter ended up seeing it on there so there went that surprise. Even after emailing them and them apologizing for using it without my consent and stating they would take it down - it is still there. Pretty shady company.
