Order placed months ago with no communication. I've sent dozens of e-mails asking for a status with no reply. This site is a scam.

This website is a scam. It seems to be run by someone trying to make money by never shipping orders, while making a hobby out of being rude and manipulative to customers over email. Extremely unprofessional.

avoid at all costs.

I ordered some Dynamite Muppets Noir comics that were listed as in stock ready to ship back on July 15th

on their shop they have a 3 day shipping option a 2 day shipping option and a 1 day shipping option. It did not arrive at that time but I own a business too and I understand how things can get backed up and delayed so I thought I'd give them a week or two hopefully hearing something by then like a delay notice.

by August 9th I've never received a shipping update or anything not even a delay notice. So I sent an email asking "just wonder if my order will ship soon i ordered back on jul 15th" with the order number in the email and subject box

I got an automatic response that they are asleep and respond to it in "24-48 hours"

No response by August 12th so I bumped the email by responding "hello??”

3 minutes later I get a response saying "hello" back

respond instantlywith "can I get a response to the original email. when will order **** ship?"

hours went by then a day and another email went by and no responses

ended up deciding if they can respond to a hello in 3 minutes but then ignore all emails asking about my order status that I should just contact my bank

ended up opening a case providing all the information about the shipping times. the emails. the lack of responses to any email about the status while responding to others.

even included a part about how I'd prefer to get my order and not force a refund.

not sure if he responded and my bank decided to close it in my favor or a lack of response caused it. but the case was closed in my favor with a refund.

6 days ago I get a series of what I interpreted as angry emails.

saying I "should have reviewed my confirmation email because it's not his fault he can't deliver my items since he's only one guy."

then another email saying "since you opened a case I guess you will never get your items"

then another email

"btw did you ever ask for a cancellation? no" (I would have preferred the item being delivered over a refund as I told my bank if they wanted to go that route and avoid a charge back and solved the issue)

"did you ask for any info more than an update? no" (not sure how that's a valid reason to ignore multiple emails asking for an update)

"did you send an email that I responded to? yes" (yeah you said hello and ignored all other emails and the original asking for an update)

"where was a cancellation? wasn't one!!”

and then closed the email off *with a threat to report me to my bank for fraud* and to have a "blessed day"

it's extremely unprofessional not only to advertise in stock ready to ship and offer 2 day and 1 day shipping and not actually do it. but then to ignore all emails asking politely for an update on an order when promised a response in 24-48 hours

but also to respond to a bank deciding to close the case in a charge back with a chain of rude emails and a threat to report \*me\* for fraud?

their Instagram is also filled with angry customers complaining about rude emails or lack of responses to emails and no updates on orders.

there's also a handful of Facebook and reddit posts complaining about these issues too.

wish I looked into it before ordering from them.

update since this review has went live he has been emailing me multiple times harassing me and calling me names and making up excuses like a broken knee (if he had a genuine issue he should have told me in the email where he said "hello" and ignored all the questions)

he also blocked me on Instagram less than 30 seconds after commenting despite his Instagram having hundreds of comments from people begging for help

Absolute joke of a website. Owner has been saying for years he’s “behind.” He’s used excuses including “he’s sick” “has no electricity” “has to take care of his parents” amongst many others. Who doesn’t have issues? If he TRULY cared that he was behind and wanted to catch up, he would stop taking orders. OR, he could put a banner on his website saying he’s behind. He deleted has Facebook to hide from bad reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Placed an order with them. 6 month ago and still haven't received my order. Stay away from this site.

Scam! I placed an order and after several weeks I had received no tracking info so I attempted to contact them through their online “chat” to get an update on my order and received no response. I made several attempts to get a response over several days. After another week I sent them a message through their webpage messenger form and also got no response. Finally I sent them a message through “chat” saying that I would be forced to challenge the charge with my bank and low and behold I received an immediate rude response telling me that I was acting “Entitled” and to “get in line there are 30 other orders ahead of you.” I was simply trying to get an update on my order and was given the most rude and unprofessional response I have ever gotten from a business. I do not want to give my business to that kind of unprofessional and rude business so I immediately called my bank and disputed the charge. My bank issued an immediate provisional credit which was made permanent and 3 days later I received a letter in the mail saying that the outcome was decided in my favor. I have the receipts!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!
