My order never arrived, I've tried getting in touch over email and I am out £160 with no refund having been given. And then they have the audacity to email me asking me to rate them on Trustpilot. I require my refund ASAP please.

I ordered 400 x 125ml of the Spicy Margs and Tommy's for my wedding. The order arrived on time, exactly when expected, and they went down incredibly well at the wedding. I'm pretty sure that's what kept the dance floor full the entire night - always a good sign! Highly recommend.

I still don’t have my cocktails which I ordered for a party we were throwing a few days ago. The customer service is woeful. I’d strongly advise to buy via a supermarket instead.

Unfortunately I am yet to receive my order and I ordered it 3 weeks ago as a gift.

I wrote a bad review due to issue with my order but I want to write another as when the owners did get pack to me they couldn’t do more to help me, the make the situation so much better and my friend absolutely loved her present. Really appreciate how they cared and fixed my issue

Speedy delivery, well packed. The grapefruit one is so refreshing over ice and ordered the tommys one to try which I’m sure is amazing too!

Great products and great tequila ready to use cocktails.

Everything was wrong from start to finish, You cant contact anyone and if you send an email you get a reply after a few days, which is too late. My order arrived completely smashed, I emailed them and delivery company DPD 3 days ago and had no reply from anyone. They ruined Father's day!

Edit 7 July 2026:
Following my review and emails, they did everything to make up of it. They have sent me a brand new product and added freebies. It was too late for Father's Day, but I was able to pass it on and say that they're sorry and this is the apology. The drinks and gift boxes are lovely and delicious. Poor experience was just their customer service. I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars as they made up for it. Poor review was not for the product but for service and delivery. I hope they improve their response time.

I bought this in Waitrose and since it’s been my favourite cocktail wish we could buy in more supermarkets. The best

long delivery time when items listed online as in stock (was meant to be as a gift, but didnt arrive in time), only 1 item of my order has arrived and the other is still to be delivered (no indication that it is despatched, or an expected arrival time).

Lovely flavour and taste nice to be already mixed . Enjoyed it more as a long drink with ice so it will last longer .

Didn’t receive the product. Paid for next day delivery and haven’t heard anything since. I’ve emailed and DM’d on Instagram but still no reply. Very disappointing service. I just want a refund!
