Even though my store credit had expired a short time before I tried to use it, as I was not given the expiration date when I received the store credit and didn't know it had expired, she was gracious enough to reissue the credit. Customer service was great. Placed an order for a set of matching head covers but 1 was sold out. They were able to switch out all the head covers to match.

The representative that sent me the email about my situation was clear and concise as to where I could find the travel bag and it was there. I thank you for all your help and your company for making a very great product! I could not believe how great the bag looks and feels incredible. I thought about a couple other companies because I work at a golf course and have seen every type of bag. Pins and Aces is one that I don’t see as much as the others but I would have to say that the people who have the other bags wasted $100-$200 on bags that don’t have the components your bags have.
