Had a few delivery issues with DX but stewart sorted and got a new set of shelves sent out to me. Shelves are really good quality.

Perhaps a little unusual but certainly contemporary and very stylish, these products are excellent additions to home furnishing. The shelving units I purchased are super quality and were also dispatched with care and super quick. I'll certainly be taking a look at other items in due course and am very pleased with my choice and the outstanding service.

I ordered 2 shelves and 3 pairs of brackets for 2-3 day delivery, 3 days in I email asking for an update to be told it's another 2 days away. Disappointed but fine, things happen. 2 days later I call them to ask for any tracking info to be told my order didn't make it onto the vehicle and wouldn't be delivered but it would definitely be with me the next day... the next day, a Friday, I wait and I wait, and call them at 4pm 4/5 times with no response. No luck that day.
Monday rolls around, I was told they'd find out what was happening and it'd be with me the next day, so they gave up on Monday and did nothing to make it happen. Tuesday, believe it or not, was yet another "pipedream" for me having shelves and a 'sincere' apology.
Today, Wednesday, 13 days later, shelves arrived and so did 4 of the 6 brackets all covered in oil.
During those 13 days I was told that a new order was shipped to me twice, so third times the charm.
I wouldn't have minded, but they're an online shop and their entire function is to sell and deliver shelves so if they can't even hack that...

Their choice of couriers is all sorts of bad, the customer service isn't anywhere near where it needs to be, the hours on Google need updating or they need to answer the phone, the quality checking needs to be better and they need to send the whole order. Basic stuff. Check count pack deliver.

I found the perfect shelf for the job in hand, which was delivered very quickly.....only to find it was damaged and a few other issues with the finishing.
I contacted Stewart in customer services and he was extremely helpful promising to send another that was personally checked by himself for the next day.
True to his word it arrived and Im over the moon with it.

TBH the product itself (scaffold board shelves) were good, albeit two of them were damaged. However they had to be cut to fit exactly so I could cut off the damaged corners. The website has some nice items and would have considered further items. However the customer service was missing when needed. Granted the courier let them down but I was the one chasing and calling them for missing parcel that was sent to wrong address twice and then the lie that they had tried to deliver and no one was in (no card was left and I was in all day) in the end I got them to retain it at their depot and I drove the 60 mile round trip to collect the them. Despite informing Pipedreams of this and their promise of taking it up with the couriers they have never got back to me. They are other companies making similar items do your research first. Have since purchased more of these and similar products via Etsy and couldn’t have got better service, right from the beginning to the end of process.

Having already purchaed a wall shelving unit from this company, which I love, I recently requested a bespoke bar table. The finished item is absolutely perfect, was no trouble to order or pay for and was despatched within the timeframe advised. Due to issues with the courier out with everyone’s control (COVID) the table arrived later than anticipated. This might have been a problem as it was being delivered to a holiday home address, however Stewart tracked its progress, keeping me informed so there wasn't an issue. I found customer care second to none and would highly recommend this company. ……a pleasure to do business with them.
